the mites are definitely under control... not gone, but their numbers are thinning ..my leaves look normal now yeah boy!

^i actually haven't noticed a difference yet betw. smartpots and regular black plastic.. they need water every other day or so...

The co2 is getting easier to deal with, the plants are breathing less now, so i only have to switch tanks 2x per week

duct tape thread? good idea methinks! not a fan of the 'duck' tape but shurtape and 3m hold their own pretty well.

Personally I like the "duck tape" brand ... haven't really tried 3m or shurtape ... Scotch is ok.

Gorilla tape is good for blacking out sunny windows with Panda Plastic as the regular duck tape is too thin to keep all the light out.

shcrews - Could you explain a little bit about your drip system - I really dont know SHIT about drip systems? Is it just a certain rated pump and one line on a timer?

Also ... that netting you have up - what is it? Are you training them through the netting or is it up just to keep them from falling , or both ??

update:

I've pulled everything but the Blue Dream.. which happens to be the only strain that did anything worthwhile.

my bubba kush turned out to be some BULLSHIT purple, doesn't smell that good, and i will never run it again. The Afghan Kush turned out good, looks like some LA Confidential or something.. but low yield.

but the Blue Dream is looking like the real money, probably get most of my yield from that half of the room

i already have my clones ready for the next run.. they are all "pure kush" from a friend... hopefully i will have as much luck with this strain as Krunch did..

ok so i pulled about 3 lbs of blue dream, 1 lb of "bubba" and afghan kush, and 1/2 pound of tangerine and white widow

so total = 4.5+ lbs... just like i thought, most of the yield came from the blue dream. I should have done a bunch of those.

next run will be PK, with maybe sum blueberry and blue dream mixed in there. I will also be adding a 3rd tier to keep veg time down, and putting in 50 clones instead of 32.

Hey you got that afghan kush? Is it the same one floating around santa cruz that they are calling LA CON?

Buddy just ran some it came out good nice dense nuggets, little on the low yield side but not bad.
