Menstruating individuals possess two X sex chromosomes.

Another part you should understand is that transgender individuals identify outside of the gender confines of their sex.

If a transgender male is XX, and they still have ovaries and a uterus, they can still menstruate.

Not true. It affects the lives of every citizen when a small minority creates a social construct, then expects the rest of society to confirm and redefine who were are as a species.
