GDP pheno's

Just to clarify, there wasn't anything physically "wrong" with the one I chopped. Just my current priorities do not favor anything out of the norm. Such are are constraints of time and space. Although my keeper Chemmy was the runt of the litter when it was found:)

something looks very familiar here

bubble structure, purpleness, fan leaves the size or larger... i do believe i've stumbled upon a winning batch much sooner than anticipated.

My buddy ended up donating me the mutant plant shortly after the last pictures were taken in the start of this thread. I raised her as if she were my own, and then butchered her last night.

And boy was she a strange one!

No calyxes, no pistils, just thick clusters of resin drenched cabbage leaves that smell like skunky merlot. Stretched about half an inch in flowering and pretty much just started building resin from then on and that's it.

Sadly was not able to clone it.

Wow!

I'm so glad my buddy decided to let this one live, and then give it to me.

I test smoked a small bud from one of the harvest branches in the drying rack. Still a little too wet, but it will stay lit, barley.

And then, wow!

The smell is skunky, musky, stale draught beer and merlot, but the taste is pure grape candy!

I know most people talk about grape weed, but this is the first time I've experienced it personally, and I am impressed! And the potency - wow!

I never get that dent-in-the-forehead feeling I used to get when I first started smoking anymore. My tolerance level is just too high I guess. Well after a few hits of this, and I could feel that pressure between the eyes, by vision started to blur, and I got that elusive feeling that I haven't had in so long, and I knew right away this was special.

I can't wait to try this at 30 days cure in glass.

Sadly, we did not clone this girl, so I will be hoarding this stash like nobody's business. Hoping my replacement GDP seeds come available soon. One of the connoisseur dudes is taking care of me for my smashed order, and said he would replace them as soon as they had some available, but that may be a while I guess, but still great to know these guys are on top of their shit. And I'm telling you, if you are a fan of potent purple weed that tastes like grape candy, and if you come across a pack of these seeds and they are NOT sold out (which they perpetually are) don't think twice, buy them! Everyone needs these genetics in their stable. I just want to thank these connoisseur cats for putting in the hard work to lock down this legendary strain in stable seed form. For med patients like myself who live in areas where we cannot get access to elite clones - or clones of any-kind for that matter - these seeds are a godsend.

Thank you guys!

Beautiful description bro, i reckon you can find that lady again so don't worry about not keeping a clone.....got lots of plans for the Grandoggy line in the future including our select keepers being hit with Grandaddy Purple reverse pollen.
Peace
