jaws..Hey buddy what's up..sweet man..Well I can definitely tell we are growing the same plant..that's the kind of kola I like..
I'm already taking samplers..yummy and stoney..
Did you see the grow they attempted with Growdoc's AngelDust in Soft Secret Mag... pg 30..also says Grow Report Angel Dust on the cover.. http://www.softsecrets.nl/_public/SSUK2006-03.pdf
Those guys had some problems, they weren't the best growers..they also comment about the unique flavor and smell..
Right on Growdoc..Grow and be free..
hello packn2
hummm any other way i can read that info?? when i click the link i just gety a white page ARRRR.....
ya i'm gonna say the angeldust would grow better topped, the girl does have a strange smell to her.....hopeing over the next ten days she sweals a bit more and puts out bit more resin, we shall see.........
yours looks great bro
jaws..You need Adobe Acrobat reader..free..and if you got dial-up I imagine it will take a while..13.5MB..PDF is portable downloadable file..and you use Acrobat to see it..the reader will install a browser plug-in so you can view it on your browser..or you can right click on my link and click "save target as" and download it..then view it with Acrobat even off line..you have a copy of the magazine for keeps..
When you get the white page..if you see it downloading in the left bottom corner..then you have acrobat..it's just taking awhile..you need it a lot on the internet..so get it if you don't
Hiya packn!
I'm taking notes on your nute trials - definitely gonna learn somethin about auxilliary nutes and beasties... Thanks for the ref to maximumyield, hadn't seen that one!
And thanks for that indoor gardening show ref! Didn't know about that one - there are also a couple of bonsai shows in the area end of august, I usually go to one of them.
Nanner nanner nannah - burn 'em, set the phaser to fry'em - how are the samples I hope!
And jaws real nice AD there! Not much to trim on that beauty!
Very nice plants pack and jaw, the AD is something Im wanting to grow more and more everytime I see it, Growdoc and you guys did well with these. Can't wait to see the finishing weeks
Growdate: Beginning of Day 94..Flower: Day 50 12/12(Growdate from dry seed)
GCG..Lord of the mites what's up..
MGJ..It's interesting stuff microbiology..they're saying this is how commercial hydro is finding a way to organic certification..
that whole mag is good..look around or ask for it at your hydro store it's free and they list almost every hydro store in the US in the back pages..
AbaZabba..Yeah they're fun plants to grow..BubbleDust is fun to grow too..buds get fatter and the influence of bubblegum is nice..
Unless those CW's get better..lets just pretend they don't exist..I gave them a formula to fatten them up..we'll see if it helps..
Just water and final phase for the AD's..
The BD's are in cruise control and are kickin ass..they got a small feed right before this pic..and it's lights off..
so they are relaxed in the pic..they stretch out good in the light..color is looking good..
Time to get back on track and check out what the ticket price bought you..bud porn..
could have got the focus better but I liked the color on these AngelDust 1 Kola Beginning Day 50 Flower
AngelDust 1 Top Begining Day 50 Flower
BubbleDust Babies Day 14 from dry seed..biggest is a little older..7-8-06
GCG..they are fun to grow..the AD's are only 2 1/2 ft tall..overall my yield..from them will be only average..
This space is under powered..and I comprimised optimal light for the AD's for wider coverage and a lot of canopy shadowing from the tree like CW's..
The edition of a 600W would work..but I'm thinking 1-1000W or 2-600w for double coverage angles and use the 400W for a ScrOG momma..
The BD's should kick some ass either way..
Check out the vein angles on those first leaves on the BD's..they wanted to be triples right off the bat..
they are growing at a dramatic rate..it's fun to check up on them..
I may have to ditch the AD clones..these things are gonna sail past em..
heh...you you thought me drooling on your cola was bad The other AD's already knocked up pontiac
AD1 looks mighty delicious PN2P
What causes that little leaf curl like the leaves in your BD babies pic? The plant on the far right and the one on the far left each have a little curl to the leaf. I've experienced this with a few of my seedlings but could never figured out what caused this.
pontiac..Ah geez..someone get the bucket and mop.. hehe..she's nice & colorful..thanks man..
TML16..lol..someone put a drip guard over that bud too..
That's what I was talking about in the last post..They are single finger leaves that began the process of making three finger leaves..3 fingers as 1..
See the steep vein angle near the stem..this one the second leaves only let one finger split off..looks like a mitten..
First stetchitis and now mutants. Sounds like you need to give Yoda a call?
If I was you I would go with 2-600 watters you will get more square footage of coverage out of those 2 lights rather than 1-1000 watter. I would use the 400 watter for veg, but 1600 total watts would be cool too.
Have you thought going with digital ballasts? If you could run a 240v line 2 digital 600s should draw 30% less power - nothing to sneeze at - and run up to 30% brighter. A bit pricey if you go with Lumatech, althought they look to be the best right now - also HID Hut has 600s for less the 2 bills. Just a thought since you're looking...
MGJ..I haven't looked into HID digital ballasts..but I have had a lot of experience with fluoro & halogen digital ballasts..I'm just not certain of the life-span of that digital ballast..
I imagine it's brighter because the lamp is probably getting hit with near square waves so voltage is at peak longer and has fast transitions..so it has a higher duty cycle..dimmers in your house cut the duty cycle and you get dimmer light..usually done with a triac..
One thing I've found with digital ballasts..they can be sensitive to power abnormals like outages..surging back on and off..they use digi-ballasts for aircraft fluoro lights to control dimming..and replacements are always in high demand..
So I need to look into how the HID digi's are doing out there..I do like the higher efficiency rating..quiet operation..and running power is no problem..
Wow p2p, didnt know youre a wiz in solid state electronics. Solid state electronics is one of my most favorite hobbies (weed being the favorite ofcourse). Right now i'm working on a simple line following robot, nothing special but hopefully it'll work.
