Damn now I want the 41.01
and all the local stores have the 41.02 and look at me clueless when I ask about the 41.01
But its good to hear they can be hung at the same height as the HPS, when used as a sup.
I was picturing having my HPS lights at 30 inches, plasmas at 15 inches on either sides of the HPS lights, and the plasma lights/fixtures themselves blocking a lot of the HPS light.

Actually I have 3 Adjust Wings with 3 ballast of 400w. in 3 meters long. I want to change to 3 of 600w. with Gavita ballast, but I'll get an improvement if I change the reflectors to this kit Gavita Pro?

With a sea of green you need penetration in your crop. Our reflectors are a lot deeper than the adjustawing. If you do use an adjustawing, according to our measurements it is most effective and uniform in the deep position. Though we sell the pro line as remote too, keep the cords as short as you can because they will cause EMI, as any high frequency remote ballast does. That is why I would recommend an integrated fixture

Hey whazzup! Hope you enjoy your time off. Appreciate all the information and taking the time answering everyone's questions, including the stupid ones ( mine included ) . Am building a room with 4 Gavita-Pro 1000 W and am stumped as to which timer to use. Now I know you don't endorse other companies products, but can you tell me what I need to look for in a timer? Am looking at a CAP or Sentinel but am also looking at a mechanical timer as well.

I did the best I could with measurements found in other post so this is what I came up with.
The illustrations will hopefully help others, please advise on any adjustments or just tell me I got it totally wrong
Wallreflection will be Orca but i'm thinking about the mirrorplates from Wietforum.

Hortus- Save your money on reflective coverings and spend it on good ol' flat white paint. Close to or better reflectivity than wall coverings and a great advantage in cleaning... simply re-coat every or every-other crop and have a brand-new surface to work with. Fungus, mold and insects love to hide behind wall coverings and unless you take em down and replace often, they can lead to problems.

Mass- These units work great with 240 plugs on the ceiling in proximity to the lamps, as the powercords might not be long enough to use it the "traditional" way of a central plug station operating off a 120 timer. Take a 30 amp 240 circuit and run 10awg romex through conduit to the appropriate spots in your room. Use a 30 amp mechanical timer in-line (between circuit breaker and lights) to turn your lights on and off, or use a 120 timer and a contacter. This might sound complicated, but is very easy and much cheaper than alternative. Look at the electrical forum on this site for help in doing this.

Thank you CH, when using Orca it is glued on to panels.
I agree that any type of film/tape combo is a pain concerning hygiëne.
White paint will give you a reflective surface up to about 87% if you really use the right stuff. Orca film and reflective panels go way beyond that. The advantage of reflective plates is that hey are not diffuse and truly bring the light down and in your plants. Only disadvantage is that they also reflect the IR very well.
A good indication of how much light is truly reflected to your plants is the light you see on your ceiling: most reflective surfaces are diffuse and reflect back in any direction, not only to your plants.

With all data on the forum i thought fixture orientation is appropriate but again i could be wrong as always (so my wife tells me).
Advise on the A, B & C measurments would be appriciated but only when you feel rested enough after all, beaches and sipping margaritas can be tough

Hi Whazzup. I met you at the San Fransisco Expo in July & appreciate your help then. I'm setting up a new spot and can build the room to any size. The trays will be on casters and plants scrogged with a 3 ton mini split & CO2. I'm buying 6 1000Pro's next week and would like to know your recommendation on the best dimensions for this room.
