Know the laws or suffer the consequences. It's an 8 oz limit in Cali. Oils made with chemicals are not legal anywhere as far as I know, referring to any oil hash you had around. If you make, or I should now say made, if you made so much cash why were you driving around in a auto with a bad brake light?

Keep your head up KBubb. Know that the work in this field is almost always posthumously appreciated as far as pushing toward freedoms and liberty. sentenced last week to 5 years, unsupervised probation and a $10k fine to PG@E....

i actually got 1 year in jail, but a $5k check took away 6 months and another $5k check within 3 months, takes the remainder time off...

its absolutely true, you CAN pay to stay out of jail...

I dont know if its State or what,but in the Feds you cant pay any amount to not go to jail and they want you to stay on PO for as long as possible.If you violate on the Feds you go to jail again and then you start PO over from day one.I know dudes that had 5 years PO and are stil on it 10 years later.And in the Feds theres no such thing as unsupervised Probation.Not only that,if you get 5 years PO,they dont let you off even one day early,you do every day of the 5 years period.Feds Suck.

It seems to state that the production is illegal, but that posession is not. I read it once already, but it's a bit early in the morning still. I'm not sure if that's the one I mentioned last time, but I'll keep looking.
