Well you don't have to make a lot of posts or live in Cali to know that _most_ people don't get caught with felonious grows, and have friends who get caught with felonious grows... and have the freedom to post here on the internet.

Usually people like that go to jail. At least that is how it works in 90% of the United States.

Seems pretty obvious that a guy from Detroit, where medical laws are nowhere near as lax as in California, might think that a guy like Krunchbubble must have some slimey ways to slip out from sticky situations.

But I'm sure KB just has firecracker attorneys and the luck of... well I just don't know what kind of luck you need to get out of shit like this.

I've never met Krunch, but I have met several other growers who've been popped and out of the can inside 24hrs.

I know a grower who had 170 flowering and 100 clones and the officers told dude not to tell the Lieutenant anything about making money and he didn't spend a second in jail.

Getting out in 24hrs isn't very impressive. Just means they had money for bail, right?

I can tell you this much. Even though guy with the 170/100 didn't go to jail, I'm still not buddying around with him. As a matter of fact, once I found out about his encounter I've had almost nothing to do with him.

Spooky stuff.

You never know what some people might do to make sure they can keep making profits.

and the only time they EVER asked me to "snitch" was on this last bust, the smallest one.....

after they were done raiding me and went and saw me in jail, we were talking, i was asking about my charges. at the end of the conversation i said "see why i wouldn't tell you shit or snitch, you have nothing on me", he flipped me off and walked out the cell....

cops are weird. the 25 lighter, me and 3 friends were snitched on and raided, with news crews. all of us in jail for 3 days and we here over the intercom, blah, blah and blah, your released! wtf? 72 hold, no charges? im out bitch! but the cops stole alot of my personal belongings.....

When we got busted, cops helped themselves to anything. Ate food out of the fridge, purposely threw food from the fridge and counter onto the floor, ordered pizza to the house while I'm sitting there in handcuffs, ate like 2 slices, and tossed the rest of the pizza on the floor for us to clean up days later after getting released! Gotta love the force!

when i gt home t start cleaning up, i started doing my dishes and they put chewed gum on every single dirty dish, by the time i got to cleaning, it was hard as hell to get off

oh ya, i have 6 tubes and a machine for the tubes to make oil, the cops didn't know what any of it was!!!!!! they opened 3 cases of butane to check if they wee fake cans, by the tubes were all around the house. i got home and chucked them into the hills behind my house. i do need new tubes though, may have to make a midnight run in nightvision gear to go grab them......

pretty true...know a bunch of people who have been wrapped for various and only one of them really got pinched but that was for attempted murder and there were witnesses. for grows and shit like gun charges, most people in california urban cities get out quick! shit for some petty charges like drugs or vandalism cops just write tickets nowadays! thats the only upside to living in an urban jungle where most teenagers have guns and there is a ton of serious violent crime going down at all times.

the house i was busted at, i had no time to clean up after what happened, guess the landlord had the insurance deal with it and now there trying to sue me.....

ive been sued twice before, i let them get on my credit report, then i take them right off.......

suckers, dont they know the consumer has more rights then the credit reporting agencies?

Krunch, I'm sorry to see people being so mean. We've been crazy busy around here and I haven't had much time to check in. It seems to me that even legal medical grows are prone to trouble and that everyone here should understand that this is part of life for growing, no matter what, until such time as it's legal nationally. We do what we have to do b/c we really love the herb and it is part of our lives, for whatever reason. I've come to believe that the people I really enjoy around here, such as yourself, as really essentially activists fighting for our rights as human beings to grow herb. This is really a privacy issue above all else. And we do things however we each choose to do thing for our own personal reasons. And a lot of people act holier than thou, when there's really no such thing. I'm not sure why these people are picking on you. Maybe it's b/c you're balls to the wall about pot and unrepentant about being that way and they are not as open and confrontational about it. Frankly, that's just your style as a pot activist and they should just shut up. If they don't like your ways and your decisions and your style, they should go post in other threads and leave people who enjoy your company to post in your threads. I guess a lot of this is that most growers are males and some sort of primal, dick swinging must ensue when people disagree and there is a person or persons who won't budge and just let the other person disagree. Why people think that we must all agree about everything or a war must be started is beyond me, but people are that way ESPECIALLY on the internet. I guess since they aren't sitting there with you having to see you as a person, it's easy to get giant sticks up our asses and take it out on other people. Anyhow, I just wanted to say that I enjoy hearing how you are, no matter what you say, because I know you're serious about your game and I respect your way of running it and the longer I do this myself, the more I think about it and that this is a way of life. And the more I realize that people portray a lot of illusions and fallacies about who they are. I, for one, appreciate your honesty. You are who you are and you know what? That is ok with me. I just wish other people could be cooler around here. You'd think people would SIT DOWN AND FUCKING SMOKE a JOINT!

Hard times CrunchBubble, I had a similar experience recently.... my lawyer got the DA to dismiss all charges at pre-trial. My insurance company is also paying for all damages. I'm new here on IC, but pm me and I'll let you know how to get it done. 500 is a big number, but many of them wouldn't survive right? Some could be from seed, so many could be males right? After all that, you were only going to use the strongest 50, right? You will also need an awesome expert, like mine, who I had to fly down here twice to get the job done, luckily for you, he lives in Oakland.
Did you also know that the only federal study on usage/dosage finds that the average patient can easily consume over 6.6lbs a year, just smoking joints?!
The government just wants to tax you by dragging you through the mud. Remember, there is justice for all that can afford it. It sucks to be busted for something that is legal.

haha i love this post...love the way you put things. i grow from seed half these plants are garbage! i have no idea how someone can stay below 6/12 theres no way...just for myself to BARELY supply my personal needs i have around 60 clones/teens and 35 in flowering....to supply me and my brother who smoke a quarter a day..if anything happens to me il be sure to PM you for that expert!

also we grow low yeilding strains hahaha......
