well i moved most of my firearms out of the grow house....feels kinda weird but also feel much safer from prosecution. now im only liable for these 30 or so plants and i am way under limit so the DA can go fingerbang him/herself...

I know how you feel man, I am so torn by this. Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6. I have a ton of weapons that I can defend myself with (up close and personal) which I think cops would charge me with just as bad as a gun. In the end I think I'm probably only slightly worse off legally with a gun, but much safer since my grow is not at my home. The big thing is whether it becomes a federal case or not. If it doesn't the gun is a much smaller issue. if it becomes federal you're boned anyway!

well, i got my discovery today from my lawyer. its the whole report from the cops.

there are fucking liars! there are tons of lies in there from what i said and did to shit they found......

and there are no patient files in there! they said there was none! what? ah, yes there was!

shitty thing is i cant get a hold of many of my patients because there numbers were on my phone and they took it! i cant get a hold of more then half of them!

No-one said they'd play fair, in fact it's almost expected they won't. The worst part is that since they are sworn in and all that bull their word is almost always believed over ours, since we are "criminals" engaged in "criminal activity" It totally sucks...

Well Krunch you have my sympathy... so sorry man. I assume then by the police not saying in the paperwork you were a caregiver/grower of a collective you should have quite a strong fighting chance of having most charges dropped?

Hello dude,
sorry for what happened to you.

For you and others reading this post, maybe some "smell proof" bags are what you need.
Doesn't matter how many layers of whatever (tape included), if the plastic itself isn't made to completely stop smell, the odorous molecules will keep bumping their way until they eventually reach the surface of the bags and break free.

I've used one in the past, and it did really good. They come in relatively large sizes too..
Their site is self-named,, smelly proof,, so just google it and you'll find the link. Dunno how useful they can be for really large quantities...

ps: The "coffee" test also helps you try to smell out the weed if your sense of smell has been dulled by being around in the stink too much. Same trick they use in perfume shops.

The pigs are nothing but a fraternity of thugs in uniform. They will lie, cheat, steal, lose "evidence", etc. This is how they make their living. They are a gang, no less malevolent than the crips or bloods, but waging war against us on our dime. I'm so frustrated with this insanity, I'm besides myself with anger. I blame our goddamn president for standing behind this, although he was a smoker himself. It's an outrage.

no, im sure they didn't. they did a thorough job, but not a really good one.

i had a huge stack of crispy $2 bills for my daughter. some of it was poking out of a drawer, they didn't see it....

i had a fake paint can that you stuff money into, they didn't recognize it as fake......

they looked in all food boxes, refrig(didnt get my seeds), opened all butane cans to see if they were fake......

they even went through every piece of trash i had......
