I'm sorry but prop 69 says that DNA must be collected from anyone arrested for a Felony. Obviously if you already have a sample on file from older laws then they won't take it.

It won't be too long before your DNA sample is collected at birth, probably at the same time they imbed your personal RFID chip to identify and keep track of your whereabouts.

krunch and i could not be on more opposite sides of this issue...but before we started posting on the 19 threads the only thing i knew about him was he went waaaay outta his way to help me out w a problem i was having...there was nothing in it for him but inconvenience....nothing in return was required...no public thank yous(til now) and the spirit in which it was done was all i really need to know about the man.....this thread is not the place for these discussions, as a number of mods have pointed out and asked for cooperation...now, when krunch gets on the 19 threads...let the slams begin...haha...i can find humorous things to pick about...but i aint about to kick the man while he is down, here in this thread anyways

Really guys, this shit is retarded. I mean is it fuckin OK if you have a doctor recommendation or not? On the one hand I see 10 million ads for delivery, clones, collectives all over the place down here in SoCal. I walk into a clone place that advertises EVERYWHERE and theres fuckin way over 500 'plants' around the place. If 'they' reallllllly wanted to stamp it out, how can you go buy 500 clones then go down the block buy 2 pounds then get pulled over and the same thing that happened to Krunch go down?
Then on the other hand I know people that do un-medical grows etc, they tell me 'cops dont care about weed as long as theres no guns, they laugh' . . . 'if its not a meth lab they dont give a shit' . . 'the cops may arrest you if they are havin a bad day or have it out for you, but when it gets to court the judge will laugh and throw it out if you have a license or not'. And everyone that told me this isn't IN JAIL. And never has been, and doesnt have a 'day job' if you catch my drift.
Another guy I know got zapped selling 2 keys of blow to a narc right in Socal here last year. He got 5 years probation.
So what the hell is going on?

That's stupid cause he's working within the current 'legal' system. If LEO would chose to honor the current system and not try and force their agenda the Cali scene would be much different. There would be a lot more peeps like Krunch serving the community. The fact is a lot of peeps do not want to or can't grow. You wanna grow then get your 215 rec. Even then you can live in a place like Siskiyou county where some running for sheriff will say they do not recognize Cali law but fed law and will bust you if they catch you growing. Krunch has got balls and it's in part to peeps like him that keeps saying fuck you to the greater system that will ultimately help everyone in the long run IMO.
I may not agree with what Krunch thinks, or a lot of peeps in the canna community for that matter, but that ain't the point. Personally I don't see a damn thing wrong with what he's done or is doing.

on a side note. the night before i got busted i was up several times to smoke weed to get back to sleep(one of my conditions). i remember cleaning the stem to my bong because it had some ash in it and was hard to hit, gong.
when i went back to pack up shit after i got busted, the stem was completely full of burnt ash/unburned weed! the stem should of been next to perfectly clean, fuckers were burning my stash! had to of, because the amount of ash in the stem would of took me a week to accumulate....

I have known of some cops that found a 1/2 lb of fire ass bud in a non-mmj state and only wrote a misdemeanor arrest for less than 19 grams! That shit could have put the person away for at least a year, but the dirty cops wanted to smoke it instead. I guess thats kinda good thing!

Yeah, it's like me sitting here watching my boyfriend help people out, be the go-to guy for every fucking body else that needs help and then listen to a bunch of worthless fucks tell him he should be locked up for his medical grow.
