Yeah....I too find it more than a little bit odd that KB has 'I DO NOT want marijuana legalized' in his sig....

Quite obviously if it was completely legal then he would not be having to jump thru all of these legal hoops he says he has to right now.....and at such expense....

....well I DO wish to see this plant legalized/normalized and free for us all to grow and use WITHOUT IMPUNITY!.......WITHOUT CRIMINALITY!.......and WITHOUT PROSECUTION!

......If my wishes were to come thru then KB's freedom would be certain......and not in the balance......

Omar just got my friends case dropped. just cut down a 50 lighter and was drying when the cops came. Straight dropped, and in the city I was busted in. I knew I couldn't afford him, so I didn't call him this time. But scored big time getting his right hand!

Ya, really happy with who I got. She already sees tons of shit that went wrong with there procedures. from lying to me initially, not reading my rights for 5 hours, to having wrong dates on everything, my last conviction was at age 9 acording to them, to giving me the wrong court date, to being pricks by putting chewing gum on my dishes and several other things i dont remember. This will be throw out most likely.......

Once again krunch Good luck! But if you wish to remain anonymous after your case you should stay more low key. I personally wouldn't have added so many details about the case. You're in the bay area and that is pretty big but you also stated within 72 hours of your arrest the events situation that took place. So you have now narrowed the dates to search in the california courts public records exposing yourself that much more. I am not going to turn this into a prop 19 bullshit plug. I just want people to realize it is still not legal, just because we can hide on a forum under cover of silly names and false IP addresses doesn't mean that people are not watching. I am not an advocate of any legislation restricting or "enabling" our rights. What herb or substance i grow, better yet my children's forced vaccinations, food I eat, fingerprints at the DMV,THE BLATANT IGNORING OF TAX PAYING CITIZENS. This shit all has to stop. Lots of growers in the community think they are striving forward but I am afraid we are just going to be taken advantage of again.

PLEASE DON"T PUT YOUR RIGHTS IN THE HANDS OF RANDOM OFFICIALS WHO PROMISE THE WORLD AND START BEING MORE CAREFUL WITH THE THINGS WE STILL HAVE. IT"S TIME TO WAKE UP.

Cops don't always have to follow the law.

If you're not acting like a dick and you're not doing something they personally have a problem with, chances are the cops gonna treat you like a normal citizen and just let you go on your way.

Reading you your rights is something you see in movies and on TV. They don't got to read you shit for 3 days, and that's only if they are formally charging you with a crime.

I have been told by MY attorney that Miranda rights and readings only need to be done if being questioned, and only affects statements you made.

I have been arrested a couple times w/o Miranda readings and was always told the same thing by my attorney

Unless they are questioning you they are not obligated by law to Mirandize you. They would rather let you make "spontanious declarations" that they can use against you.
