yea sure

krunch just said that all delivery services were illegal so he could still have been wrapped.

he wasnt deliverying anything to anyone...just transporting medicine for his patients to the club im assuming....19 still wont change shit unless krunch only keeps an OZ on him and has to run back and forth delivering an OZ at a time to his dispensary...

duh, you never say you're delivering. if KB had enough for personal use, and no more, they wouldn't have searched his residence.

my buddy just got done doing 3 years because they busted him with a pound in the car and searched the house and found a mini 14 with a big banana clip. felons with guns don't mix.

could my buddy have been saved with prop 215, sb 420, or prop 19?

NO.

MrBom your buddy got in trouble most likely because of the "banana clip"...even thogh i own a mini 14 and theres no such thing as banana clip. if hes in CA and kept his magazine under 10 rounds there shouldnt have been any gun charge..having a magazine over 10 round capacity is a big no-no its clarified as an assault weapon once that happens.

You can walk with a pound...with 215-- It was the gun that got your buddy-- That sucks, but it has nothing to do with weed...if you have illegal guns, you are fucked for that...if you hadn't, you would more than likely walked--
You can have guns at a grow...but make sure the grow, AND THE GUNS are legal--:tiphat:

So sorry, Krunchy. If it's any defense, Santa Cruz county has no 'per plant' limit. Perhaps precedent.

Anyway, good luck beaming your way!

We Stoners should come up with a Time Machine.

that way we could time travel back to 1776 with good genetics, plant a few hundred acres, come back and harvest it, no problems.

tis a shame how our civil rights have been trampled since 1776.

Let's go retro!

I say place limits of one hundred acres per grower.

Then make it illegal to posess more than 15,000 pounds at one time.

Let's get these old hay barns across America working again, ony this time to hold the bales of weed we want to store.

I say open the market at $25 a pound, and let small town farmers supply the whole USA at that price, I will be glad to put out 50 acres to get started... ;)

it would pay better than soybeans or corn for sure. Then think of all the hemp fibers to use for other things like ropes or clothing, etc. oh boy.

Would probably take less time to do it that way than to get pulled over with 2 lbs, arrested, money confiscated, all your herb confiscated, bail out, loss of vehicle, keys, phone, house raided, illegal mushrooms found, etc.

Hell, you could simply have all the employees meet up at your house... and then you could carpool or caravan with one ounce per person as many times as necessary. It would be a pain in the ass... but seeing the results of doing it this way... perhaps it would be LESS of a pain in the ass than the results of having a bad tail light?

Towards the end of my slangin' days when weed became decrim. in MA (up to an oz per person) I used to bring 4 people per car and put a QP in each. My dude would even bag each zip separately incase we got yanked we could each claim one ;)

Then we'd get back and have a big smoke-out. I would roll up a blunt per car we took. Allowed me safe(r) transportation, company, product testers and gave them all a free smoke ;):dance013:

PS - this was a good 45-60 minute drive so it was far enough to be a pain in the ass.

Well, since you asked, I brought it up because this situation would be unaffected by the passing, or not passing of prop 19.

So why does it matter if someone votes yes? The OP seems to think prop 19 affects him in some negative way. I don't see how.

Without bringing up prop 19, this thread is not much more than political propaganda.

^leave the damn prop19 outta here plz bomdiggity. you are one of the most outspoken on that shit in the other thread..and its obvous you are trying to throw dirt in krunchs face because he got popped. thats part of the game, and the tradeoff for years of profits and future livelihood and im sure KB will hear me on that. i doubt KB will even do any serious time anyways, so the risks to rewards tradeoff is good now. yeah hes out of money but its just money, hes probably not gonna do a day in jail. my homie got caught with 400+ in oakland and the da already offered him a probation/fine plea deal.

voting Yes on 19 means that richard lees folks will be able to drive around with 100 packs but the local joe cant even carry a half pound on him. and it means that any pounds we grow or smuggle will be worth dickcheese not even worth the time.

what antis talking about is also BS....doesnt sound like you have done much wheeling and dealing. doing 16 runs to move a zip each is such a PITA...to have caravans and everything..thats absolutely ridiculous and in dream land. factor in extra gas, labor, and time and that pounds cost is gonna swell and have to be passed on to the patient. you want cheap prices then you gotta buy in bulk.. when it comes down to it, you say F it, take the risk, and move the whole thing. KB got caught this time because of a few circumstances like the tail lights, but theres things you can do to severely up the odds in your favor. lifes a gamble, but make it a calculated gamble..

enough of this shit though...dont respond to me in this thead...take this shit where it belongs!

Well I used to be all for voting YES on prop 19. But now I dunno. I'm conflicted. I'd rather not vote at this point.

But my whole point, and question, and relation to this thread is, how does Prop 19 affect anything to do with this thread?

The only thing you come up with is that it would be a pain in the arse to make 16 trips to deliver a pound and that the pound you are delivering would not be worth it anyway...

So its better to have growers like KB grow and get busted and charge people an enormous price for medicine because they have court fees?

Unless KB is providing meds for $5 grams all day then he is not compassionate. He is gambling and willing to take a risk to PROFIT.

In the name of that, he deserves NO SYMPATHY.

If I lose $10,000 on a bet on blackjack at a casino are you all going to be there to post messages telling me how sorry you are, too?

KB has already stated he comes to this thread and grins ear to ear. Shit I would, too... if I had 10lb harvest making $20k+ every three months. You could throw me in jail all week if I had two grow houses to go back to. And I wouldn't mind charging enough to undercut my competition because I'm rolling in "medicine" to profit from.

He understands the risks he's taking. That's been made clear. This whole thread is a farce.

I was saddened when I read about your predicament. I hope some of those questionable charges will get dropped for you. I would still try to get some cash together for a good lawyer. Best of luck to you into the future.

This whole thread is a farce.

I'm able to accept some things as fear tactics and propaganda but, you do realize this is an actual person posting about their experience. Your twisting the intent and meaning of his thread up with a comment like that.

.

, he deserves NO SYMPATHY.
This further illustrates your intent to troll on the OP. It must bother you to see people extending their concern for something you consider a farce.
