You know, I understand how you feel and I now understand some of the comments made towards KB. And you are right. I sit on several felony charges myself, have lost a lot and still may loose 5 years of my life.

But there is no reason to say he doesn't deserve sympathy. Aren't pot smokers supposed to be all peace loving? Shouldn't we still support him?

I grew for money and that's it. Do I not deserve some love? Am I an asshole for making a profit?


So maybe it is Karma slapping him in the face. But enough already. Its not like the guy is balling making 50g's a week.

Sorry to hear about your legal troubles man, I really am. My heart goes out to just about anyone suffering under the current prohibition. I have no problem with people making the best of a bad situation and growing for profit. It just seems like a lot of growers get accustomed to the lifestyle to the point where they want to maintain the status quo so they don't get put out of business and have to work a 9 - 5 job. In my opinion these types of growers aren't much better than the government itself.

have you missed the last few pages. where does he say he wants your sympathy? and your grower friends who were busted...if they were playing the game then jailtime is not a slap in the face.

im so sick of hearing "rotting in prison" dropped. here in cali its not accurate..the terms are light for growers if you keep under 215 limits. the guys rotting in prison doing ten year bids for growing were mostly illegal gang grows running insane amounts of lights/houses..not normal growers like most of us at IC.

I never said he wanted my sympathy, but by posting this here he is obviously looking for the sympathy of the marijuana growing community, which he does not deserve. Also, if you don't like "rotting in prison," what about all the kids who have lost student loans because they were busted for marijuana? I could go on but I don't want this to turn into page after page of me bashing the guy, I've said my piece. I honestly hope he gets off with little more than a slap on the wrist, and I hope this will help open his eyes a bit to the unjust nature of prohibition, although I doubt it will as he has been busted before.

KB has already stated he comes to this thread and grins ear to ear. Shit I would, too... if I had 10lb harvest making $20k+ every three months. You also forget to consider the cost of operating decent size grows. Constant 1000 + dollar trips to the hydro store,rent,electric,security,etc. Each crop may cost thousands and growers are being undercut by greedy buyers constantly. If you ever worked hard at something you would probably understand and take back every word you said.
You seem more like the negative stereotype of pot users who won't work and is lazy,has nothing,earns nothing,and is jealous of the success and accomplishments of others who busted ass for what they have.

Ditto. Basically multiple requests have been made to keep certain discussions out of this thread, including by KB, yet people persist. It's a simple matter of etiquette. Have you met the guy? I have awhile back and you can tell a lot with a face-to-face. Krunch is a good peep and bummer what happened. We all have different work that we're doing. The problem I have is this guy says that he doesn't want marijuana legalized, he obviously has no sympathy for the people rotting in prison for marijuana related offenses, so why should we have any sympathy for him? I know people that have been sent to jail for marijuana, growing and being for prohibition is like a slap in the face to them.

And don't give me the whole "he has to make a living" story, there are plenty of other ways to make a living. I have no problem with people growing and selling for profit, but if you are doing this and want to maintain the status quo, you are little more than a war profiteer.

Another variation of Vacuum sealing is to have a container which can be pumped down to a small %. say 5psi, and sealed. Won't do for any "I smell" search based on Officers word, but at least the effort is there.

And there it is....that's why I say there are only certain people here that can pull off what Senior Krunch does. Small potato growers have no freakin' clue how much money, time and sacrifice big commercial grows take. You are the fucking janitor, the grower, the gopher, the maintenance man, the salesman, the office manager, the accountant....the list goes on. Not only is it hard, you DO have to give up a lot of "normalcies" that most people take for granted everyday.
