Thanks for the support guys. Just been a real tough couple of weeks. Burning the candle at both ends is getting old. Working on a roof all day, then working on my garden til 1am sucks moose balls! To top it off, everything was fighting me on the roof today. Maybe it had something to do with too many 16 hour days in a row... My entire body aches, I have cuts and blisters on my hands, etc... I am so over roofing after my next harvest!
Yes I live within walking distance to a hydro store, but it is not open at 1am... I picked up the 3/4" hose and fitting today, so I should have them up before lights go on. First things first though, time for a beer and a bong hit!

OK, here is the moment you all have been waiting for! Well, it was the moment I was waiting for the last couple of days, lol...
I am really pleased with my new air and water pumps this round. The water pump actually aerates my water, and really moves the water in the system. The air pump is so much stronger than the other ones I have been using. The water actually boils...

Here is the larger ECSD that outgrew my veg area, prior to trimming and training. It grew past the T-5s, even after taking a dozen of the biggest cuts a couple of weeks ago.

I am really impressed with the USD. This thing is going to be a fucking beast!

I am shutting down my veg room for the next week while I am out of town for vacation. My brother will be checking up on the flower room while I am gone, and I figure I should keep his obligations to a minimum. My cloner is loaded, and I will need to address this as soon as I get home, but it can wait a week.
My next round will be my personal favorite Blue Dragon. Depending on funds when I return, I will either put them in the third donut, or after the Goosh is chopped about the last week of January.
I will be experimenting with bonsai mothers when I get back. I need to have my genetics out of hydro, since they grow too damn fast. I want to follow the old Overgrow tutorial and should be able to keep them in 8"x8" spots on a shelf above my veg system. I have the following clones ready for transplant: HK#1, Blue Dream, ECSD, and I will be taking new cuts of USD, and ECSD when I return. I am thinking 2 bonsai moms of each strain just so I have a backup. The bonsai method should be perfect for me since I really only need to take 8-10 cuttings each run.

Some thing you may want to consider is leaving 1 or 2 small branches at the bottom when you trim. You then can tie the branches across the stems of your main branches to fill in the bottom. I try to do this but I can't always get it done. I guess I just see empty space and think dam I am losing bud.

And dang that air pump works great.

I figured I would post some pics before I leave tomorrow morning. On our way up to Grants Pass, then Vancouver WA for a week...
The Goosh are coming along nicely, and this should be their last week before I start hitting them with dry KoolBloom for 3 weeks. I figure that it will be time for another round of defoliation when I get back too, going to pluck ALL the fan leaves at that point. The little white specs you see are from sheet-rock, and EPS insulation dust when I cut my intake and exhaust holes for the second donut.

The Sativa Donut. They are right about 1 EC, and I may boost it up a wee bit tomorrow morning to hold them over til I get back. My brother will be dog sitting for me, and will feed the plants if needed, but hopefully not necessary. They already seem to be responding well, and vegged for at least 60 days so it should be interesting to see them when I get back.

I installed a cabinet to store my nutes out of the light, and all my accessories. I also added a splitter to my day/night variable speed fan controller. I was worried it would not control more than one fan, but works like a charm. I was having trouble keeping the room above 60 degrees with lights off, even with a 11k btu heater running. I set it to 70 degrees lights off, and 75 lights on; my environment is pretty dialed at this point.

I created a spreadsheet that I can track my EC and nutes added on a daily basis, and posted them on the inside of the cabinet.

I will be checking to forums while gone, and may post here and there, but otherwise don't expect an update until after the 1st...
