After the trimming I noticed my plants have consumed more nutes, about twice as much from what I can tell from my continuous meter. 5 more weeks to go. I will be adding PK boosters next week sometime...
Finishing up my screens now, should have the next 6 plants in by tomorrow night at the latest...

Thanks Bro! Yes, it is very rewarding to see it coming together. I went out there this morning and just smiled, visualizing the plants in there. I am sure you have the same rewarding feeling as you accomplish your amazing plans as well.
Been meaning to chime in on your roof problems. How old is the existing roof? If it is close to needing replacement, then you might want to wait til spring before trying to correct your wall issues. As you pointed out, that shit didn't happen over night, and with the shear value of the OSB sheathing, it will be a royal pain in the ass to bring the walls plumb. With the roof off, you have so much more control over the situation. Wish I was closer, I could help you out with a new roof. Ichabod is a roofer in your area though...
I just started roofing 14 years ago. So I have only done some where north of 800. The last couple years I have slacked off.
Oh yeh those screens are great. Did you anchor them to the bucket lids. If not you could do it with zip ties threw a couple of holes. That way you can move a plant in or out if you need to get to the inside of the doughnut with out knocking the screen over.

The screens are anchored to the bucket lids. My thinking was that I like to check the roots to make sure there are no nasties in there. Guess I am just paranoid after fighting root aphids last run... I am going to connect them at the top like you did, but I am going to use a 45 degree elbow to make the shape uniform. Gotta go do that now, be back later...

I tried the 45 degree elbow and could not get the right angle. If you just go up at a ninety, you can spin that to any angle you need.

Also if you wanted to make them even stronger you could switch out the screen bottom 90 for a tee and connect at the bottom of the screen as well.

Yeh I see the anchors now. What are they if you don't mind me asking you?
They are 1/2" conduit clamps that they use to secure the conduit to walls. Not too happy with them, and may use zip ties next time. The problem is, I can only secure them with one of the two holes in the "U" clamp since they interfere with my net pots. Zip ties would give me a bit more flexibility.
I see what you mean with the 45s. When you think about it, unless you glue your fittings at true angles, it doesn't matter if you use 45s, or 90s... Maybe I should use my angle finder tool and glue them all next time...

I am so pissed I could rip someone's head off right now. I spent the last 6 hours getting everything set up. Installed the fan, intake, light cables, plumbed the buckets, and the fucking pump I bought did not come with the right fittings! Who the fuck sells a pump with a 3/4" intake, and a 1/2" return? At least make them the same... Long story short, I will need about 3 feet of 3/4" hose, and a 3/4" fitting. Time is of the essence right now, I leave for a week Thursday night, and I needed to work the kinks out before then. I guess tomorrow will have to do... I am so pissed right now, maybe if I obliterate myself with bho I may forget tonight.

Try a double female washing machine hose. Set it up with some PVC fittings like this.
Then if you want to split it you can use another washing machine hose that looks like this. Add a PVC valve and you can remove one side of the run with out interrupting the other side.

If you are running the pump inline you will also need to get some washers for the washing machine hose because they will leak at the PVC to hose fittings. They are where you buy the hose and cost about a dollar for 10. You will need two at every washer hose to PVC connection.

Let me share a story with you... and you might not feel so bad. Just last week, I went up north to the grow house.. On this trip, I decided to automate the watering in the veg tent. It was a real PITA getting tubing to each and every pot. Anyway, I get it all setup, with a trash can with some water, get the nutes mixed up... Plug everything into the timer, set the timer... turn the timer on, and power stays on.. WTF... Ok, my timer is broken. No big deal, b/c I just bought another from the Home Depot anticipating a problem. So I open it up, plug it in, and it doesn't work! I would say at least 10% of the timers I buy are broken straight from the store. No big deal, I just have to drive 20mins into town to buy another, and then drive 20mins back. So I go spend another $20 on a timer... Finally get back about an hour later.. Set the timer and leave. Then I go back to the house 3 days later, and the timer was reset and it didn't have a battery backup. So, I did all that work, and the plants didn't even get watered!
Everything had better be right when I go back this time... If it is, and it should be, I'll have some nice plants ready to flip.
