~~ 2007 Remington Bullet Knives ~~
The last Remingtons produced by the Camillus Cutlery Co.
Here's three Remington R-1373 Renegades one damascus
blade & two engraved, each of them sold in 3 separate collectors
numbered series, I asked to get a common #, all came numbered 191.

I often carry a Renegade as one of my everyday knives

You'll notice on many of these outdoor knives, there is a big cutting edge with no tapering. Its called a scandinavian grind or single bevel and is best for cutting into wood and bushcraft. These are from here and there off the net. Hope you enjoy. BF

the thing beside the knife is flint firesteel, good for starting 4000+ fires, even when wet, by running the back of the blade along it it gives off a shower of 5500 degree F sparks

Buch Mayo TNT: the handle is titanium, the handle folds in and actually locks the blade which is the most solid folding lock there is, the blade is s30v, top of the line

Here's a couple more, a Belgian FN/FAL bayo that I got for 20 bux, and a hi-carbon Mora scandi that I re-handled. She is scary sharp, too...

Peace

So here is my latest addition to the family! It is/ was the official knife of the SMERSH ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMERSH and the GRU ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GRU ! SMERSH 4, Gotta love them Russians. They took the Finnish knife, the Tommi puukko ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tommi_puukko ), and inproved it a little. Hehehe!

Anyways, it was a kind gift (That I bought for 1 pence), from a russian friend who kindly brought it over from Moscow for me.

You'll notice no hilt guard! For deep penetration maybe? Definitely designed for filleting livers....hehehe!

I've been looking at collecting bayonets and whatnot, currently got my eyes on AK-47 bayonets from Bulgaria and Poland respectively for 7.99 online... could make useful knives for hiking etc.

I just bought my first decent EDC knife. Its a Kershaw Ken Onion Blur.S30v blade that is the fastest assisted opener you can get in a production folder.I now have become a member over @ bladeforums and have been stuck in the RAT cutlery forum for days now.I just ordered an Izula neck knife by R.A.T. I also have been looking at all kinds of survival and E&E packs to keep around and in the van.Basically I am getting tactical atm.I live in an area of socal that looks a bit 3rd worldish and feels like it sometimes too so I feel the need to better prepare my family for possible crazy shit.I just recently realized I really love knives or any edged tool for that matter.DN
