What to do with them? My little sister sent me several types of spices, and lets see what we can make thats simple and delicious, and of course good for You and Yours.
We start with good quality ingredients
I seasoned the meat with the spicy Turkish mixed spices, then quickly broiled it under a red hot element. I also broiled a link of Chorizo to be slivered and served along side the beef.
Medium hot top quality pepperJack chese is melted over it at the last minute.
Each bite is to be taken with fresh cilantro. Fresh Lime wedges, or Lemon wedges can be served as a side to squeeze over just before consuming.
I like the cheese melted properly, and serve Rooster sause on the side.
Any objections?
Enjoy life My Friends! Eat, Drink, Smoke, and be Merry!
This is fast food from a turkish Restaurant, in front a mixed grillplate and in the back a "Dönerteller" ist Donar in english and a delicious Becks-Bier.
My wife made a wonderfull duck, filled with herbs, potatoes, the red cabbage was self made also and one day down in the basement to marinade (?), the Sauce was with redwine- It was very delicious!! We had Redwine for drinking. The duck was out of the Region from a farm not from a "duckfactory".
Hello Hank, , orange dressing sounds good! It was the first time that my lady made a duck. Sometimes she makes rice with chicken and than with a orange dressing also.
X-mas means eating a lot, this days lunch Gulasch/Goulash. With the red cabbage from yesterday.
Wow, the last time I saw a cake like these ones before the beer, as my mother made them, but gelantine over the strawberrys. And by the way, what is 2Rooster Sauce" por favore?

It is a very popular pepper sause. The company that makes it for the nation is not far from me. This is one of the most popular pepper sauses in the US right now
Hello Doc, in your Picture above, beneath the "pale ale" (?) beer, is it a bottleopener from Warsteiner Bier like this? I had one of them too before years.
Never heard of chicken sausage. You're not pulling our collective legs are you? Besides the plate needs a little color, sweet peppers in a yellow, red and green maybe?
