Today i had a pretty easy but delicious dinner..I scored some fresh smoked trout at my local Fishsupply. I made some Yoghurt-Cucumber-Dip with some Herbs, a small cucumber salad with a sweet cream vinaigrette and topped the trout with some nice onions and pepper! Usually you should eat a dark bread to it, but i dont like them.
Pretty simple, but awesome and traditional.

Steak with Spaghetti isn´t typical german, it´s my Ladys "creation". Mostly we eat it saturdays after finished work, it´s quick made. It was cooked in a skillet and yes, a Little bit rare.
