Captain. Sometimes stoneagestyle rules!I bagged a nice six pointer the other night and while cutting it up today I cooked some ribs over the fire for a snack. A little salt and pepper was all they needed. We ate around the arrow hole.LOL.

On the Bacon Wrap.... I have some Applegate uncured natural bacon. This is thin bacon. Im going to stretch it around the beef and slow smoke it. It does not need to be precooked in this instance.
