Good luck today, my wife made Paella and a Steak with oven potatoes, goat cheese and an ownmade aioli Sauce. :)

Isn't paella cajun?didnt know European's ate cajun food.it looks great Herman!steak looks good too!

Paella is a Spanish dish. I've only had it a few times and I think there was shrimp, sausage and muscles in it. There's tons of different combinations. Maybe your thinking of Jambalaya or Gumbo? Both also delicious.

pork roast was off the hook last night. Tender, smoky and dripping moist. I rolled it in kalamata olive oil, then into herbs and spices before throwing it into the smoker.

Looks great. We had a warm snap so my grill is finally free of snow! Need to do some grilling this weekend.

Ill be making sandwiches tonight, piled high with multiple layers of thin sliced BBQed Chateaubriand beef. tomato, avocado, Italian pepperoncini, schallots, and fresh garden lettuce.

Pupur style meat balls Sautee mushrooms, onion, and garlic to reduce moisture

Mix with rest of ingredients, after it has cooled.
Ground chuck, Portuguese sausage, fresh garden parsley, basil, and oregano, canned tomato, chopped black olive, egg, and spices

Gently for the meatballs, and brown in kalamata olive oil

Then bake in the oven partially immersed in Sauvignon blanc.

For harvesting, we make quick meals, so we can go quick back to work. Does anybody know crushed, hard boiled eggs, with spiral noodless and ketchup? First harvest day we had wiener wuerstchen with potatoes and beans in milk.
