You are far enough south that your clones will start to bloom as soon as you put them outside if it's an early strain. That includes most indicas and the early sativas.
Indoor growers induce blooming by setting the timers on their lights to 12/12, so many people think that anything more than 12 hours of daylight per day will cause the plants to reveg. That's not true for all, or even most, strains. Almost all strains will veg with 18 hours of daylight per day, and flower when that falls to 12 hours, but that doesn't say anything for what happens at day lengths in between.
One time, in a stoner moment, I accidentally set the timer for my veg lights to 16/8 instead of 18/6. All four of my Sweet Tooth #4 seed plants started to flower. So, we know that at least that strain can flower when the days are 16 hours long.
In fact, many of our outdoor strains are bred to finish by early October when the fall rains start to cause mold in plants in Amsterdam and Vancouver. So, count backwards eight weeks and you know that those plants had to start blooming by the middle of August. I checked the almanac for the sunrise and sunset times in those cities in mid August. They have more than 14 hours of daylight. I checked the almanac for the sunrise and sunset times in Miami and found out that we never get that much daylight here, even on the longest day of the year. So, all those strains that finish in early October in those places will always bloom whenever you put them outside in Miami.
Of course, I'm talking about plants that are already sexually mature. That takes about a couple months from seed, but remember that the clones take the mothers age, so clones will be mature from day one. Also, it's actually the length of the night that is critical, not the length of the day, but that distinction is meaningless in nature because the longer day is always associated with the shorter night, and visa versa . It's only indoors that we can have the day length plus night length add up to something other than 24.
Even if you started seed plants now, by the time you have 50 rooted clones it will be at least May and probably later. Go with a sativa for the mold resistance. A strain like TFD Early Durban can bloom all year long down here.
I like sativas to party, but I use indicas for insomnia and muscle spasms (I have a bad back). So, I grow those in the dry season. I hope this helps.
