Us Floridians need to stick together, not argue/fight and whatnot. I got a trial coming up sometime soon....and as some may call it dumb, I am fighting to a jury trial. These fuckers aint getting me to plea SHIT!!!!!

Its so cool to be A part of this Group, I just have one bit of Advice that I found out the Hard Way.
My son Googled my old ID Name that I was using in here that was infact one of me E mail NamesWhat A Dum Ass I Was. And when it came up in Google it showed every Post That I had done on here and Every Pix Too. So I am just saying If you use any thing that Looks like your ID On Any Thing Else that if any one Googles it It will bring up any thing that you have On here So as Soon as I get 50 Posts back up I will get back to my old Friends on here that I have made.

You guys are the best for sure.

Whiskey my friend im am very glad and give u much for takin it to trial i belive that is the only reason it is still illegal is cuz ppl bitch up and cop a plea and the issue is never argued there has to b atleast 1 smoker/exsmoker in the jury just gotta hope they know about jury nullification we need to start puttin signs up around the courthouse area about nullification and the waste of tax money for nonviolent "crimes" and some satistic's and facts about cannibis

amongst other things . also when u find out the date of ur trial we gotta try and organize sumthin goin outside at all entrences to the building u know like a picket line

I am actually FOR NOW using a public defender for all the filing and whatnot...may even keep em all the way through. I was gonna call MPP and PUFMM,...see if I can get SOME support for this....At the same time, I need to make sure whiskeytango and myself remain two separate people.

But yes toasted....I REFUSE to bend over after they came in my house illegally, searched my house, and then took us outside for 3 hours to go get a warrant.....cant WAIT till my lawyer shows the jury the time of the incident, and then the time of the warrant Arrest avvidavit(sp?) says they arrived at the house with a warrant....come on guys! You really think Im that dumb and just gonna roll over for ya? I have already spent time in prison. Four years. Ill gladly sit in a cell for a few months to show them that I dont bow or accept SHIT they tell me. I will not take probation. I will not go to group meetings. Stick me in a cell for a few months. THats the ONLY way you are gonna stop me rom doing what I love......temporarily of course.

It means alot (not being gay...lol) to me toasted that your into helpin to any extent. My wife supports me 110% and I can count on one hand the amount of friends that are gonna step up and stand too. Hopefully on of the organizations will step in too and help. Organize protests. SOMEONE has gotta stand up and say "no, I wont plead guilt to using my natural herb instead of YOUR big-pharma pills that fuck me up worse". Few mason jars of meds, no baggies, no reason to be in my house or even at it, and a few lil plants in the backyard.

Nice one WT.....with what you are working with.....I would have just called Roy Black and called it a day! Man, i know doing a few months aint sh*t but why....You have the area 51, that must bring home a few pennies.....Chalk it up to a cost of doing business and get a good trial lawyer! Actually an excellent one! If i remember right, it was only like a lb, which really aint sh*t either.....probably would get 18 months probation in my county...That still suxs though!
