Hey ass I've seen pics of the Irene/other cultivars which did similar... Viable fan leaf clones, throws bud off fan leaves. But never one along the petioles or stems... You should keep that one for future historical preservation shit lol. Thats the type of mutation that could land you in the anals of history... Get it???

The thing about growing outdoors is sometimes everything cooperates and then life is good. Sometimes things are less than optimal which isn't great, but isn't terrible either. Then sometimes you just get fucked.

Over the years I've learned what to watch out for so the worst doesn't happen, but the current weather pattern was not the best for this strain.

I wanted to take these plants at 65 days but we had so much night time moisture that I started having spots of bud rot, so at 55 days I chopped.

Frosty, greasy, stinky, chunky buds - all terms meant as compliments. I want to try this strain again next fall and take some clones of different phenos and stagger flowering so the odor isn't as much of an issue and see what I get.

No idea what the smoke is like, the current humidity is making them dry very slowly.

This plant was started three weeks after the green pheno and the male so it was shorted on veg time and ultimately 12-18" shorter.

Great job Grown Out, #1 on my list to play with in the fall!!

Thank you Sir!! Honestly if I had the time and especially the money to grow indoors, I probably would cause playing God seems awful fun to me.

Please don't take that as disrespect to indoor growers. Although I think outdoor growing is simpler on a day to day basis, it takes a couple seasons learning all the pitfalls of outdoor growing to be successful.

But the time spent learning HVAC and hydro skills is not to be downplayed for indoor growers either. I'd love to compare the strains I've grown outdoors to indoor grown just for personal curiosity, but the cost is not feasible at this point.

If I wasn't lucky enough to have this grow spot, I'd probably just be lurking and drooling over everybody's grows. I just do this for my own satisfaction - not trying to make a living at it and lucky enough that I really don't depend on it as medicine yet.

IMHO it is absolutely ridiculous that people can't grow their own on their own property, indoor or outdoor for whatever reason they want, but that's another issue unto itself.

Given my situation, outdoor works well for me. Once you've grown outside with the power of the sun, all other light sources pale in comparison. But it does take some time to learn the timing for different strains, (ie TT for me) and how to deal with the weather and different pests.

Finishing up editing the Green pheno pics, hope to have them up tomorrow.

thanx to all for the kind coments:tiphat: the bong even with the perks is real easy to clean but i do clean her after every session of nug use but with the oil i only havta clean her like every 5 sessions...

DP... nice fuckn nug shot and nice plants altogether another 1 that i hope makes her rounds arouind... i agree growin outdoors is a double edge sword when everything goes right u end up with nugs that will outdo any indoor but it only take a lil fukd up weather to make it go from great to fucked :wallbash: ive lost more nug than i care to admit to mother nature

toasted, she's def in fl, a few of us have her, and shes def keeper material, made me throw out half my mothers... shes that good. And kills it outside, check out endur if you haven't already

Let me know if you have problems finding/sourcing her.. I'll point ya in the right direction

well im way behind on getting thru the seeds i have but i got a new space built just for seeds and clones so i started 11 VB x Thai and 10 Shit x Blockhead and as soon as they get cloned ill flip them and start more seeds.

New Grower here.

This is my second grow and is just bag seed. It is a very Sativa dominant strain. These are 2 clones from my first grow. They are in a 2'x4' enclosure under 600w HPS. Clones were taken at 3 weeks into flower from first grow. Clones were vegged for 5 weeks from date of cutting. Not a true SCROG as the net is more for support and some LST to keep canopy at same height. Supercropped all branches during veg. Ran MH during first 2 weeks Flower to help with stretch. Currently at 52 Days Flower and just beginning to flush.

Welcome Rockin, you came to definitely one of the better communities in regards to learning how to grow, or stepping your game up. Nothin but solid knowledgeable dudes for the most part on IC. Not to mention one of the more active boards..:tiphat:

And you definitely picked the right thread to hang out in, these dudes here are solid.. I liked the timelapse on your video, you gotta work on your angles though buddy! :biggrin:

Not ignoring y'all :laughing:, work has been wearing me out.....secret garden, real garden, kids, grandkids....dogs. Damn I hate I even started thinking about the list....gonna have to :joint: and relax a few. Glue is @ day 65 but hasn't seen direct light since 63. Chopping tonight.
