well I have a buddy in florida that owns a shop.. over a year ago he knew about this bill.. told me if they do it he'll charge 400$ for the cigs... or hooka tabacco and sell the expensive bongs for 10$... in the same sale together.. that way he is able to sell what ever.

Fwiw, as of today not one headshop that I know of has stopped selling bongs/pipes/etc. The gas stations all have them as well, right in plain site in glass cases. A complete worthless law...

good thing i dont live in floriduh i ran a headshop for yrs as the mgr when it closed i worked at the 1 2 blocks away for a couple yrs ,at 1 time there were 3 withing 5 blocks .im upstate ny UP not WEST hahaha cracks me up peeps say im from upstate ny you say where upstate they say Rochester or utica man that shit is western ny up is north ,
