those fat rounded trich-lined leafs are very nice looking. i bet they are gone curl up-wards to a roll in late flowering - from the fat trichs

just visited the veg room II and voila 5 of 5 BlowFish and 2of5 TFB.
im charging the batts of my cam right now then ill take some pix to verify this all.

@ Yukon :From which year is your pack of BH ? i got my pack from a friend and he got it in A´dam back in 2000, i had ULTRA LUCK as i got the beans for 6 month from him and i got 80% germination + i have 3 stored

FJ - I ordered my BH from heavens stairway in 2004. I did not have a very good germ rate w/ them maybe 30% and a high % of those being boys.
I really hope u get that MTF pheno that your looking for.
Ogrefugee...I'd suggest getting them in a warmer environment...did u just have them in water, or paper towel? I have good luck both ways, but I def. keep them in temps in the low to mid 80's.

sorry boys but i´m not familiar with fahrenheit , so i give you my advice i keep my soil @20 ° and have 100 % germ everytime when beans are good maybe yuk. have used a bit much of Mg which makes a hard shell and that makes it not easy for the tap maybe you want to crack the shell on the sharp side very carefully, i had good results with 6 years old beans doing this

PS:yesterday my ballast of my 600 went in the arse GrRRR dont know what to do now, ill visit the grow shop today to ask for a used one as i cant afford a new one at the time thaz shit with only 400w on +30 plants

heja all just came home from work and saw a third and a fourth TFB cracked goooood
and i took a nose from the trim-box were i collect all resinated residue for making primo grade hash !
someone mentioned honey over here ; if i remeber right it was bone my m8
here are some pix that you can follow the steps
first some things u should have !
High grade Butane gas
(5 times refined is perfect and leaves no residues in the oil, like 2 times refined)
here is some freshly made oil were you can see the frozen air
and here some pix were you can see the oil aerating the last bubbles into the air, this process can last to 2-3 hours, you can speed it up when put something handwarm underneath.
after the oil mass gets thicker and more creamy its ready to go on with the process of making Jelly Hash ... now you have to sieve a bit of trim to extract some trichs.... i only have a 120µ metal screen so the trichs are contamined by some plant matters [ light green shine] but the potency of the oil makes this not markable
Just mix oil and keef (3:1, for bubble jelly ; 1:1, for a shiny,juicy and glowing brick) , this is the hardest part of the whole thing now you have to work the oil with razor-blades into the keef and then let it sit for an hour or a bit more to get the oil into the trichs and when sucked up propely you can form this into everything you want but be careful dont let it rest in a warm place as the oil rinse through the hash and leaves a "dirt " on the table and PLZ dont put jelly in a baggie or a cellophane paper and into your pocket.Carry it in a matchbox were it cant be sqeezed
Have fun trying this i think you will never look back to smoke plain oil as you cant collect/store oil effective

i normally dont like "spamming" my mates threads with pics but i thought id show how purged BHO (butane honey oil) looks like. sorry mate for intrudin.
if you want to know the process to make BHO and jelly like this, tell me. its all in the purge.

a small update for Ghaze/Venomberry-paint-thinner pheno @ day 50
very strong chemical stench like paint-thinner or nitro with a good edge of pungent-fruity berry odors when touching the plants, she´s an average yielder of opiate like smoke which you never build a tolerance to, thats the point why i like her so much and the next things is the high/stone doesnt have a ceiling -> the more you smoke wahaha the minor you do on this shit
i love it:
from bract formation i like that the VB claw trait is not shining through in this phenotype and that the bracts are not to dense for giving mold a chance to settle in
I´m looking forward of giving this pheno the chance showing how she´s performing on the full right side [20 pots]

first up my keeper haze dom KaliMist/X13/Thai @ day 33 ,
very fruity smell and good buddage for a +90% sativa ; they seem to like +150000 lumens
now the other pheno i found , bit more lanky than the haze pheno, seems to be very thai influenced
Jamaican Sativa/X13/Thai JS Pheno (got no clone from it; i give revegg a try if i like her

the blockhead really looks like a wonderfull indica. those fat leafes and short stature is really what i like. i gotto get hold of some of that for me and my friend in our coco team projects. its should be interesting comparison to the crosses and pure ones i allready have. im looking forward to ur smoke/taste report to see how its like cured etc. i'd definetly let those go to max - orange tight cristally indica buds are so tasty.

KaliMist/X13/Thai - both those phenos could be interesting. as i said before - there is some great stuff coming from thailand. makes me almost think that the thai pheno might be more interesting than the ssh pheno - for the different.
the BHO up there was made from 100g of white widow outdoor-grown. the oil got hot water purged then hot water washed. after that it got whipped with a powertool with 15000 rps to trap air into it and get out any possible rest of butane.
the colour (amber to golden) is because the trichs were nicelly mature(about 50% amber). only buds got used - no leaf at all. the whipping gives the marble effect with the air trapped. the pics are taken on a white background to accentuate the colours. also the added air gives more flavour.
its about 1 hours more work for the BHO but it without a doubt is worth it and most important - its so much fun
the black ball is jelly hash outdoor trichs mixed with BHO.

Planted two beans of my ssH f2 today + one SourDieselPheno Sage+Sour bean.
I found this single bean in my last run of the Sour Diesel Pheno i got for some time...
maybe theres a small chance of getting a nice plant from this
I´m 100% sure that i find a nice pheno from my ssHs, sure i want the catpiss pheno but im happy with every pheno now as i didnt smoke some ssH for the last 2-3 month and i miss it very hard

As ya all know i put TFB (10) outside for germ and to give it a try this season here. Its warm here after a good summer to 1-14 th of oct. so i think this will be enough and when its to cold i simply put them indoors for the last couple of days/weeks.A plain Blockhead will get mature here as im on the same Northern Lat as switzerland is.A heavy TF influenced hybrid wont get ready i know, but i see for sure which one is which one

I planned this spring to cross the male SP to my Afghani x HinduKush [the HOG] which gets mature @ 1st october lastest harvest ... SP get ripe mid-end sept, so it will be a cross which have good chances to get ripe and for sure HOG will rise the potency of the mild buzz of SP and will make some killer outdoor nuggets , i had SP for some years ago and i have to say its not night-time weed but very appreciated when indoor stash is low , ya all know what i mean ....
