First Indoor Grow -- 400x HPS in Bathroom --

Hahaha, hell ya stanky, that's a damn nice grow!

Most plants I've grown really just take about 2-3 weeks of straight bulking up, then they slow down, so I don't doubt that you harvested at the right time, especially with what your trichs were saying. They look plenty fat and ready, I'm sure you'll have a nice stash to last you some while. Nice job!

As far as drying with the lights on, like gwerty points out, light degrades THC. I don't know to what extent, but I know it does, and that's a good argument for it. I'd rather have my plants die in darkness so they dont see what's going on, but that's just me and I know it has no relation to reality, haha. If you have no other choice i'm doubt it's a huge deal, though I've never done it.

Teh_Baker -- Thanks bro. Im pretty happy with whats come off that one plant. I didnt think it was going to be that much until i started pruning!!! I havent weighed it yet, but i will after its dry!!!

What i did was install some hooks in the cabinet to the left of the tub. Im still going to hang them on the hangers but will leave the door open just a crack for a little airflow!!I was thinking about taking the door off and hanging some black plastic loosely but i thought it may have more light leaks...

Hey all,

The cab works great for drying!!!!! Its been about 4 days, ave temps in cab are 77deg F about 44-50% humidity. The flowers are crispy but not crunchy, stems are pliable until the are folded and the fibers break(the dont snap yet). I was thinking about throwing them in a paper bag for a few days then to the jar!!!

What do you think about this!!! Is it too early? Should i wait till the stalks snap?

lets hear some feed back, as this is my first dry ever and dont wanna F it up!!!!!

I'd say give it another 24 hrs, then throw in the paper bags. 3 daze in the paper bags then in jars. Make sure to burp and keep an eye. I like my smoke pretty dry.

So I decided to do a picture update!!

Qwerty- Thanks for the tip man. I dont have anything to go off of but they may be pretty crispy tomarrow... They have shrunk in size quite a bit!!! And are giving hints of greys off instead of bright greens like the day of the chop... I know i shouldn't rush it, but the buds may be telling me a different story. What do you think. Hopefully the pics are helpful!!

PLANT UPDATE!!!!!!! Shes swelling like a bitch still!!!!!! Some amber trichs more cloudy than clear. Im gunna let her keep going till almost all amber.

Top got a little to close to light. Burnt just a little bit, but i caught it before it got worse.

ATW has been my fav strain for a long while now. Had some about a year ago from a friend and now i get to grow my own!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!

I determine the remaining moisture by bending the stem. Just go on what you think is right. I believe you want about 15% moisture left before they go into jars.

Harvest update!!!!

Harvest update!!!!

Hey all,

So i harvested my last ROMEO lastnight!!! Wow what a chop it was!!!

I ended up with 51 grams from the first plant!!!! Im quite happy with that!!

I also trans planted the 3 Arcata Train Wreck to the 3 gal buckets and put them under the HPS!!! I also put the screen in for the scrog!!!! I put them under 18/6 for now, ill prolly run them for a week to 2 weeks veg under the HPS them swich to 12/12!!!!!

Thans about it for now!!!! Ill have smoke reports after the 2nd plant is dried and cured! I plan on comparing both!!!

This is my first scrog run so if anyone has any tips or comments please let me know!!!

Hey all,

Busy super busy!!!! I let the 2nd plant hang for 5 days, now its in the paper bags for a few more then to the jars!!!!!

Harvest total- 118 grams = .3 grams per watt!!!!!!

51 grams off the short Romeo
67 grams off the taller Romeo

However, i should have had more on the larger one. The other day i took out the HUGE cola from my last plant to weigh and just droul over. Upon further inspection i noticed MOLD













I did save some of the cola-- but not much --



I was pissed but i got over it.... I will certainly learn from my mistake!!!! More air flow for HUGE COLA"s or cut them down smaller so they get more air!!!!

Vegging--- Train Wreck!!!!













Ill be giving them a few more days veg and 1 last shot of Grow Big before i flip to 12/12. I want the lower branches to reach the screen so i have more control!!!!! However im sure they will stretch right up there as soon as i flip them!!!!

Looking good stanky Sorry you got hit by budrot - I seem to get one plant a year that gets it - and 1 jar a year of mold because I forget to open it once too often That's a nice haul for an early grow - your yields will go up each grow. So tell me, howz it feel to bring in your own, pretty dam good, no?

So congratulations my friend - those buds look gorgeous - love the golden hairs - looks real old school bud , and you have a nice stash to comfort your soul.
