I just read that can be done by spraying....cool...
Now it's doubly clear for everyone._tessa said:I will have to factor that subtraction in when I go to ammend and make my mounds at the end of next month
29.6g gypsum [2,220g total]
24.21 ag lime [1,815.75g]
1.64g manganese sulfate [123g]
Per each 5 gal pot.
12.15g copper sulfate, sprayed
31.05g zinc sulfate, sprayed
14.85g borax, sprayed
This math was done by multiplying weights provided by leadsled by 2.25 then dividing by 75. I'm posting this here for my own notes and research tomorrow and if anyone sees any flaws in my logic please let me know. Thanks.
Hey Chunk
First off...the last three will be ammended by spraying. This is outlined in the intelligent gardener. And yes, I have a respirator! The last 3 are for 2.25 yards total! 5 gal x 75 =450 gal = ~ 2.25 yards
Second...what other flaws do you see? I see none other than not having time to test before planting.
Yes correct. Everyone gave solid advice.I just read that can be done by spraying....cool...
I also thought it was 200 gallons, thanks for clearing that up
My math had a typo. 201.974 for liquid gallons, rounded up to 202Thank you very much, I definitely appreciate the accuracy, I always thought a yard was 200 gal, now I know!
