Well, I cut 'em down. It was a nice experience. From seed to harvest, it was great. While I was trimming the buds, it smelled like somebody poured pinesol all over them. It was awesome. I've got some pics, cuz I know you all want to see them!




I think I actually got about a half ounce from the girls. I'm very pleased with this. I know it's not quite the yield I wanted, but shit, it's my yield and I'm glad I got what I got. The next pic is my prize winner. I love this one. I'm going to save this one for last.

Now I don't have an official smoke report yet, so stay tuned for that. I can tell you, however, that the hash I made from these babies....woooooo!

So, it's now official...I'm addicted to growing. I really can't wait until these buds are dry and cured. I can't wait till next season! Happy smoking, everybody!

what's up, peoples? The buds have been drying for about a week now, and I think they're just about ready to go into the jar. The stems still aren't snapping when bent, but they're definitely dryer. I'll probably give it a few days or so longer. Maybe I'll take one of the smaller buds on a "test drive" later on today.

Alright, gents. It's time for a smoke report My brother in law (sort of) came down so we smoked a pretty nice joint. He always smoked me out when I didn't have any weed, so I gave him a few crystal covered buds, too.

Anywho, back to the What a marvelous experience. Smoking your very own quality buds. By the time we got to the end of the joint (which burned nice and slow, by the way), my mind was on an intense trip. I felt like my body was being pulled down, while at the same time being pulled up...if that makes any sense. It was an incredibly powerful rocketship ride, with a pleasant mental drift into outer space. My mind was lost in a galaxy of thought...right on my front porch! Very potent. I can't wait to have more adventures in my own head with the rest of these buds when they're cured. Smoking my own is so much better than I thought it was going to be. I'm hooked now

Awesomeness. Half an ounce is not bad and if you smoke conservatively there'll be bud for a long time to come. I've gotten as close to Cindy as A11... and it always sounded to me like Cindy is a more "fly into the space" weed, I will grow Cindy some day. Props!

oh yeah, dude you got a couple kick ass strains coming up. A11 and RomP19. i'd like to grow some romulan sometime. it's supposed to be an indica that gives you a real thumping. mixed with bb and then p19... tasty.

Hey everybody!!!! Man, I've been gone for a while. It's not due to smoking too much Cindy (although that was part of it) but I was actually working on a research paper. Now that it's done, I can mingle with my friends. These buds sure taste better after curing for a while. In fact, they taste so good, that I'm down to the big bud pictured above. Funny that it took three months to grow, but only two weeks to smoke. Anywho, I've gone back through this thread and I've learned a few things:

1. Start earlier in the year.
2. K.I.S.S.
3. Topping is good.
4. Don't worry about feeding them; they will let you know when they are hungry.

As to the final yield, I don't have a scale, but I'm confident that my "guestimate" was in the neighborhood of half an oz. Not bad for my first time. And the buds weren't seeded, so that's a plus. I've learned so much from this grow. I can't wait for the next to start. If any of you are wondering what's in store for next time, it's going to be RomP19 and either Mikush or Apollo11. Anybody got any input as to which one of those I should try? I'm leaning towards Mikush again because I was pretty upset to find both of them turn out to be a male. I know TML wants to see some Mikush. Well, I'm off to celebrate finishing and turning in my research paper on time.
