I've been to a few Fleetwood Mac, Jethro Tull & Aerosmith back when I was in high school... Mellancamp, Mahogany Rush...but I would have to say my favorite concert(s) are outdoor ones, hippie fests, doesn't have to be famous groups, locals... whatever...my guy, live music, moon and stars, herb.... sweeeeet~

my first concert was absolutly the best and i think it was 1975 KISS madison square garden NYC

Hell ya KISS kicked ass for sure, I saw them at the San Bernadino swing autotorium in 1976, place held about 5k people but I swear they crammed 10k in there, I thought they were going to burn the place to the ground. Montrose opened for them and they kicked ass too

Hard to say one....
but I´ll never forget Pat Metheny in Oviedo,North Spain,teatro Campoamor,1991 or 92.
"Letter from home" tour
"Last train home" was incredible, absolutely incredible!!
I have autographs,even a T-shirt
Pat was very cool and after the concert came to salute all of us that were waiting, signed autographs, and talked with us for a good while
Absolutely unforgettable!! :woohoo:

...although david grisman has the same perfection and creativity, but they are so different that there is no way to compare.

...god that weekend was nuts

i def. recommend 10K Lakes Festival btw

I can attest to that. String Cheese Incident was just amazing at that festival. I remember being right in the midst of all the raining glow sticks...absolutely incredible to look up and just see colors raining down at you. When they played The Joker I about lost it...just incredible. That festival definitely had a great vibe...I'd go back.

I also have to say that any Disco Biscuits show I've been to has been one of the best parties ever. Camp this year was ill. Boston on Halloween...well what can I say? :joint: Just love those guys' sound. Anyone else into Bisco?

Hello all,

My first concert was in 1976 and it was Gary Wright.

In the 40 + concert events I have been to since then, the most meaningful truely heart lifting rewarding concert experiences was last year at an Eagles concert.

Next to that would be Fleetwood Mac and Aerosmith

EDIT:

There is an Aerosmith concert tomorrow night (Sunday) that I would love to go to- b ut alas, my sweet wife is not interested and all the others I would go with are busy or can't afford it.

73 bux on the floor for wheelchair seats. Plus a 2hour 45 minute drive one way.......I would love to go but can't get around going by myself. bummmed.
