Big Ups to all the patients at the GKG cup. It was fun as always metting new people and sharing the countless stories, questions and advice. And as always there was a plethora of high grade sensi indoors and out. The Gob 9 by Unknown Prophet is incredible. And the winner of the outdoor category, the golden kush, was fantastic as well. Both had a unmistakable trait that made them special. The Indoor winner, Salmon fucker, by unknown prophet also came up a treat, great taste and unmistakably scbb based. Lots of wonderfull glass on hands as well, one of the indoor entrants had probably the best collection of glass ive seen someone travel with. And the clones are looking great at GKG too, and the meds..oooh I love that master kush. Smells up the place like roasted coffee.

Well I look forward to the next event and am also looking forward to the hash category as Ive got an entry ready special for my friends at GKG.

peace :smokeit:

oh here is a pic of the gods gift the ladies have right now. very nice tree

Great time as always, thanks GKG

Great time as always, thanks GKG

Just to clarify, I won the indoor category with Salmon Fucker, but it was another who won the outdoor category with the Golden Kush. The Gob9 was dethroned and I even voted for the Golden Kush, when I'm not really even a kush fan. Although when something is done correctly you can definitely tell, this is why it's so hard to always pick because everyone who enters always brings their best.

Special thanks to the ladies at GKG and the always great door man that holds down the fort. The food, as always, was great. I had to stop at 4 pieces of Payaso's carrot cake, and I think I took out the majority of the spinach dip, sorry, I blame those damn strong indicas!:faint:

It was nice meeting everyone and although I said it a little after some may have left and for those who weren't there, I look forward to a HASH BASH COMPETITION?

Oh and I also have a nice nug of the golden kush so soon enough I'll take pictures of the winners, since this time around we forgot, wonder why...:smokeit:....

Last but not least I left 27 ten packs of NYCD F2 at GKG. It was a small batch pollination with much love and attention. All patiently and organically grown under the great California sun. Full description to come later, needless to say, I could use a nap about now.

What a great time we had at the cup. So hard to decide on the winners.. The Cherry Pez was outstanding! It had such a great flavor and the Salmon F*cker was a wonderful suprise! Its always a tough call but the winners were well deserving. Loved the Golden Kush.. Thank you members for making it a memorable occasion and I cant wait for the next go around.. that is our April 18th 420Warm-Up Cup Event so all you guys and gals get your grow on and come in and enter! We'll have an Indoor catagory, and Outdoor catagory and due to popular demand we will now be incuding "The Hash Bash" as Prophet so aptly has named it.
Once again thanks to everyone who attended.. it was such a good time and great to see everyone!

sorry i could not make it. Im still catching up from xmas and new year. congrats to the winners and losers... i hope to see u all next time....

A New Year!

A New Year!

:smokeit:We are starting into the new year and our last year has been a real learning experience. Its been very interesting and I've learned a lot about the true character of people in that year. We have been there to help and encourage others to step out and do their own collectives and develop their own different ideas and finding something that works for them. Like nobull56 says "Don't Duplicate.. Procreate!" I wish them luck and generosity and compassion is the number one thing to remember. Everyone has their own ideas of how their collective works. We wanted to develop our own ideas and be different from anyone else in the county and we have achieved that goal. Don't just be an imitator.
I always try to remember who helped me when I needed it and most of us have needed help at one time or another. Nobull56 thank you for your donations.. and the general too.
The free disbursement program has been a success and we are able to provide better quality free meds to our patients this year thanks to generous donations from our growers (calicoli06 has been outstandingly generous and an exceptional grower) we are now able to offer a compassion discount as well to vets and disabled...We have several collectives in the county now that have followed our lead in providing free medicine with their own programs and that is a good thing. Affordability and accessibility.
We are working hard to provide the best of the best in clones and medicine and in truth almost every desirable strain in the counties clubs came from our farmers market including the winner of this years Emerald Cup... Cotton Candy Kush. Headband, ChemDawg, Gods Gift, Purple Nepal, Gangster Purps, Master Kush, O.G. Kush and Nancy Botwin just to name a few of the outstanding strains that were made available thru our market.
Seed projects coming for the new year.
The ICMag mods have been so gracious in allowing our thread and visiting our club. We love their visits and welcome them anytime. Looking forward to the coming year and thanks to everyone for a successful first year.
Peace and love..

Just wondering, If I were on vacation in your neck of the woods,
would I be able to attend the market?,
buy clones?,
sample stuff?,
you can probably tell I have no Idea how this works, do you need US residence???
sorry if this breaks any forum rules, dont know how to phrase this better!!!

Cheers

You need a current valid california Dr recommendation to come to the mkt at this time but hopefully that will change in the future. :whistling:

Hazeified..your post we usually would not allow, but in this case, since Justalilrowdy answered it, I feel this edjucates our members that to participate or purchase at these events you need to be a qualified medical patient in our state. DD

:smokeit: One more thing we plan to ad to the market this spring is produce.. The "produce mkt" will be outside in the yard with public access so if you have any extra veggies to get rid of this year keep us in mind.

Well,

sorry for those I told I was going to be attending the event. I had a last minute 911 and I had no choice and had to take care of some personal issues. I had some very nice Casey Jones ready to enter, but had no way of getting it there. I will be dropping off a jar for rowdy to do with as she see fit. I'll try and attend the next event.

Congrat's to those who won. Sounds like it was a fun event. Maybe, I'll catch the next one. Miss you all.
Take care,
BG

We are going to offer a 10% discount thru the rest of January to anyone from icmag.
We are also thinking of putting together a little private party just for icmag members only. Let me know what you all think.
