ECSD, C99 (from seed), FFA day 50

Alright, i heard you talkin about og. Heres the deal. Its different than sour diesel, yet similar in some ways. Tastes diff, smells diff but similar. High is similar, but better.

Im not sure, but if i had a SD with exceptional yield i would take it over og.

If i had a og that yields the same as diesel i would definitly take the og.

MeltingPot, A poetic descriprion of the taste of FFA? hehehe I'm not feeling poetic, but here's my best description... Hashy, in the same vein as Sour Diesel, but not skunky like Sour. It's more of a floral, hashy, slight berry smell. Many folks don't smell the berry part, but I do. It's got it's own smell, really, it's hard to put into words, as many strains are. Put it this way, a jar of properly grown FFA is more precious to me than a jar of properly grown Sour D. Enough said! hehehe

TREE KING I'll get back to you on that... I have to make a call and ask the fellow I got them from. I remember being totally satisfied with where they came from, but I jsut can't seem to remember right now. I've grown TONS of C99 over the years, and I can say these are as C99 as any of the past grows.

CheifnBud2, Well, let me explain... I have smoked plenty of OG before, but there are a set of clones (Larry, HA cut, Poison, etc) going around that I have decided to grow out once just to be sure I know what the differences are. I want to put the OGs behind me, there's too much unknown stuff out there that is just as good. SOMEONE needs to break away from the OG hype and go after some new shit! hehehe

great pics as usual CC. glad to hear you whipped the pm. i have managed to get my hands on the ffa and ecsd clone. i also picked up the chem d. question: what is the diff., if any, between chemdog d, chemdog double d, and chem d? also, i think you mentioned the original ecsd clone was the chem d crossed with the mss, how certain is that?(the chem d as opposed to other chem's. i know the mss part is solid) was chem d one of the original seeds in the fabled story of the chems? thanks for any info you can provide.....sub

Chedog D and Chem D are the same, just an abbreviated name. The Double D is a Reservoir Seeds release. I'm not sure what the breeding is... But I've seen several grows of it turn out spectacular. here's a link to a currect grow of CDD... http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?p=1790427#post1790427

On the Sour D lineage... Someone in this thread corrected me on that... He said it was Chem 91, MSS and northern lights in there too.

MeltingPot, I did not originate the Sharon. Lonestar of TRC sent me the clone years ago. At the time he and I were the only ones who had it. I wrote about it a few times in various magazines, mostly HEADS, and next thing you know it's listed as one of the world's elite clones by jason king. It's been gaining popularity since.
