Mango day 49 photo dump

Mango day 49 photo dump

Hey guys, how's it going?

I've got some new pics of the KC Mango at 49 days of 12/12.
picture.php
Room shot.

picture.php

Phenotype #1. Full on smell of ripe mangos. She's one of the ugliest indica's I've ever seen but man she smells just like a mango.

Here's a picture of one of the side buds.

picture.php

Here is the Phenotype #2, which is a KC33 sativa phenotype. Smells and looks just like a KC33. Should yield over a pound on a 30 day veg.

Here's the Phenotype #3. Almost a perfect plant although I can't really say much about her smell, its so faint its overpowered by the other two phenos. Other than that though, she's pretty sticky and frosty.

Here's a close-up. She's starting to fill in, and frost up nicely!

Here's a side bud, She's a really pretty plant, the camera just doesn't do it justice!

Hey brother Useful!!

Thanks for the props brother!!:tiphat:I cant take to much of the credit as they have been a fairly simple grow once all the hermi balls were removed!! Surprisingly enough they haven't thrown any new nanners

Im sure there will be a stray bean here or there but still should produce some decent smoke.

Peace

Genius Thai Extreme

Genius Thai Extreme

Next run!! Just getting started!!

picture.php

Dropped 5 three days later here ya go. Checked this morning and there is a 4th up not shown in the pics.

These are the Genius Thai from Bodhi. They are a cross of two of my favorite strains Lemon Thai X Apollo 11. These were highly recommended by a great friend. Should be fun!!!

Behind will be a true economy strain FREE!! Gifted by a very "Useful" friend!!!! It will be an Elephant stomper x Sour bubble ogre99 Fem. I have high hopes for this one!! Thanks Brother!!

Ill also be running a cut of the KC33 the Lemon candy pheno.

The intent will be to F2 the GT, and hit the Elephant stomper x Sour bubble ogre99 Fem and lemon candy pheno with some GT pollen. All for the purpose of " Spreading the Love" .

Well I guess that brings us all up to date.

Yall take care now, ya hear!!

Peace

Hey brother Jhhnn, thanks for the link, great job, beautiful harvest! Enjoy that Cantaloupe skunk!

Thanks for that. It's curing now. I posted an update in the cantaloupe skunk thread.

https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=241278&page=4

I have Eldorado & Goat Wreck Haze germed & in dirt. Eldorado def qualifies as an economy strain at $26.46/10, the Goat Wreck Haze not so much at $90, iirc. These seeds are from 2013 with 100% germ in 2 days for the Eldorado.

They're some of my oldest seeds & they supposedly have similar flowering times so it seemed like a good match for a mixed grow.

Hey Jhhnn

Those cantaloupe rely turned out nice. Not bad number on the yield either.

Yea I think the Goat wreck haze is a little pricey but if it come off well then should be worth it. The Eldorado will make some fine smoke as well.

Post us up a link once ya got em going good.

I have only seen the Grodan 1.5" x 1.5" with a plastic wrap. Did you peel that off or buy some unwrapped kind? Is the 6 pack in an inch or so deep in water?

Hey brother Nomad.

They are the Pargro knock off brand starter cubes the same as grodan A ok starter plugs.

They don't sit in water. You just condition them by soaking in 5.5 pH water, shake out the excess. Drop the seed in and spray them down once a day. I germ mine straight under the 400 watt MH. Simple as that.

Seed prep is no more than scarf. soak for 3 hours in the distilled water and straight to the conditioned rockwool cube.

This is the simplest and most effective way I have found to germinate seed.

Check out mandala seeds they have an excellent tutorial on seed germination. Well worth the read.

Hope this helps brother.

Too bad about the balls and the Mango. Since it is a KC33 x Afghan, you could probably make a better one yourself with some pollen chucking.

Nice results anyway, hopefully a long cure will bring out the terps.

M.R.G.T, I dont know if they are still available, but i got some strawberry diesel f3(?) From fractal genetics for $29.00. I have yet to pop them, but have grown their deep strawberry diesel and strawberry diesel kush and found some great phenos, especially the deep strawberry dielsel...they were pretty uniform, had beautiful, greasy, dense purple nugs that reaked of fuel and strawberries and had bag appeal that was hard to top. I still kick myself for letting that one go.
How long did you veg the plants pictured above? Those colas are beastin out!

Again such a great thread...just getting started myself and wondered if anyone had any opinion on the following:
- Nirvana Northern Light Seeds
- Nirvana Master Kush Seeds
- Seedsman Afghani No 1 Seeds
- KC Brains Afghani Special
- KC Brains Cali Special
- KC Brains Leda Uno
- KC Brains KC 33
- KC Brains Mango

The above is my shopping list as of right now which I am planning on finalizing when I get back from vacation.

From this thread I have moved KC 33 onto the list but I am now considering removing the KC Mango based on recent feedback. Anything else I should consider adding or removing? Im staying super budget right now until I can get through a few grows successfully.
