Or let the military know where you are. That should keep you safe for about 5 years. That will give them enough time to bring in contractors, subcontractors, support groups, deploy, etc. Once they can't justify spending any more money "looking" for you then you'll be in trouble. But if you change you name and looks like already mentioned, tell then that and the process starts over.
Or legally change your name to Climate Change and they will spend 20 years wondering if you even exist. lol

US Army withheld promise from Germany that Ebola virus wouldn't be weaponized

ebola-2.si.jpg

The United States has withheld assurances from Germany that the Ebola virus - among other related diseases - would not be weaponized in the event of Germany exporting it to the US Army Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases.
German MFA Deputy Head of Division for Export Control Markus Klinger provided a paper to the US consulate's Economics Office (Econoff), "seeking additional assurances related to a proposed export of extremely dangerous pathogens."

Germany subsequently made two follow-up requests and clarifications to the Army, according to the unclassified Wikileaks cable.

"This matter concerns the complete genome of viruses such as the Zaire Ebola virus, the Lake Victoria Marburg virus, the Machupo virus and the Lassa virus, which are absolutely among the most dangerous pathogens in the world,"
the request notes.

The Zaire Ebola virus was the same strain of Ebola virus which has been rampaging through West Africa in recent months.

"The delivery would place the recipient in the position of being able to create replicating recombinant infectious species of these viruses," the cable notes.

However, it also points out that Germany has in place an "exceptionally restrictive policy," adding that approval would not be granted to the export until US assurance was provided.

"A decision about the export has not yet been made. Given the foregoing, we would appreciate confirmation that the end use certificate really is from the Department of the Army and of the accuracy of the data contained therein," the document stated.

There is no follow-up document available to confirm whether the US Army eventually provided Germany with the necessary guarantees.

Bioweapons were outlawed in the Biological Weapons Convention of 1972 and was signed and ratified by 179 signatories, including Germany, the US and Russia.

It dictates that signatories, "under all circumstances the use of bacteriological (biological) and toxin weapons is effectively prohibited by the Convention" and "the determination of States parties to condemn any use of biological agents or toxins other than for peaceful purposes, by anyone at any time."

Nothing surprising there^^
On a side note, Putin has reminded the west 3 times over the past couple of weeks that it's best not to provoke a super power armed with nuclear weapons. He's pretty much made Obama his bitch and now he's just letting the rest of the world see how easy it was to do it.

About time we did not go to war over nothing...a perceived insult? Wonder what our deficit would be today if we could have managed to stay out of wars from bush 1 on. Maybe we could afford decent health care and so many people wouldn't be shitting their pants today. War is a tax on the poor...it moves money from them to the rich. It does zero for our world standing.

"The "last time it happened" has nothing to do with what is happening now. "

Like I said, I believe climate change is happening just not in the reasons that are popular.
Climatic cycles proven to have happened in the past just quit happening causing the same problems as now? But there would be no financial interest, jobs, research, grants, political careers, etc, involved if it just happened. It needs a reason.

"and the vast cattle industry, which is the single greatest cause of environmental degradation and global warming.."

Every time a cow fats a tree dies. Sad.
What about pig farms, chicken farms. All the herds of animals in Africa, deer herds, people farting, etc. Wouldn't all that apply too? Methane is methane regardless of who or what expels it. Not to mention the vast amounts of methane released from the worlds oceans. So lets just blame it all on the cows. Maybe theres an atmospheric testing machine that we're unaware of that differenctate between cow farts and other farts?

You really need to get educated on the effects of cattle ranching. I am not talking about methane, although that is part of the problem. It's a vast problem. Destruction of rain forests (you know, those places we get our oxygen from, and home to most species of life on the planet, many of them undiscovered/studied) to plant more soy beans to feed more cattle. 90% waste of the biomass converting grain into meat. Most food grain in the world grown to feed cattle.Fifty thousands dying of starvation daily because lack of food grain, which is given to cattle instead. Immense pollution caused by growing all that grain, which requires mountains of pesticides and fertilizers, all of which run off into our rivers and then into the ocean, which has become a cesspool. Water shortages already in California due to the fact that cattle consume more than 50% of the water in the western U.S. You can continue to post nonsense, or you can get educated.
Here's some links that you really need to read, although I doubt you will take the time, because you think it's a joke. I hope you don't have kids.

Once you've read those, get back to me. Until then, your assertions are just noise. It's a shame that people are so unaware of what's happening. Stick your head in the sand and ignore it if you must. I can't.

The United States is in the business of war. It's the main driver of our economy. We are the biggest arms dealers in the world. It's what we do. The military industrial complex has taken over, as President Eisenhower warned in his famous speech before leaving office. He perceived this as our greatest danger, and he was spot on.

Water shortages already in California due to the fact that cattle consume more than 50% of the water in the western U.S.

Retro, you damage your own points by making sweeping statements that have little basis in fact.

California raises 2% of the cattle in the US, and our water isn't transported to major cattle-ranching states. California soybean production is so low that that the USDA doesn't even tabulate the results. California's water problem is much more easily traceable to a lack of water meters in heavily populated areas and to the unbelievably high losses of water in in municipal distribution lines.
