The Halos have 3 rows of holes I enlarged the holes in the inside row.... I get an even flow... or even enough.... and get a BADASS pump. the harder and faster the pump pressurises the manifold and halos ( forces all the air out of the lines) the less time there is for the volume to vary between Halos... hope this helps... when my pump kicks on i can hear the manifold rattle, lol its a tell tell that it's working right...

What Nutes you using? you can run something like drip clean, look at my thread about the set up... i haven't had any issues even most of the holes i didn't enlarge are still firing!!! I use a Y filter with a fine mesh screen, I have had to back flush that filter once... and i dont use anything to cut the build up.... It works for me maybe it will work for you.... Oh and get a badass pump.......

Using Botanicare with 585 bottom feed pumps. Valves and banjo fittings are set up for flush, clean the trays, clean the reservoir and pump it directly out doors. Part of the problem may have been that excess nutes get recirculated. Pretty happy with this setup.

Possibly.... i run a DTW set up... So does Dan that maybe the difference... looks like you have plenty of pump..... It looks good and clean your setup... i like the fittings...

Right now, I'm using a rain drip filter..... it has a fine mesh cartridge inside it that I can wash out when it gets nasty..... it's done a good job, but it's inside the room and that was a HUGE MISTAKE.... it took up viable space for the grow and piping on the ground can break easily if kicked... I dropped a air stone pump a few weeks ago n broke a pipe..... several reasons I'm revamping everything after this.... the odor is outta control as well and the ballasts are old n hanging inside the room..... which is making HEAT an issue.... I got a few weeks left w the dwc and it's back to coco for me..... just riding this run out..... growing plants over 3ft was something to passing my wife n keep the numbers down..... but it's a lot of work and the lower parts of the plants dnt get enough light...... I'd rather grow em 2' n then trim the under brush n call it good w a scrog to hold them up... how big of a pump do u think I would need to run 30 plants n that room?? Or should I run 2/3 pumps w separate pipe??? I wanna try n get it right the first time cause I won't b able to get in there after I put up a scrog... u know what I mean?!?!

Good advice using vinegar for cleaning.

I use Vera Zwave with appliance modules on the pumps and other stuff. Pump cycles are set to the second and can be monitored or controlled from anywhere. Works great.

zeez , have you ever thought about filling up those tents more ? i had 2 of the 4 x 8's set up in that room before i decided to use the whole room .

was pulling close to 4lbs from each tent with 2 1000's in each tent .

just an idea ...... & you could do very well with the 3 CMH lights !!!

I was thinking about that and admiring the efficiency you have achieved. I've only been at it for nine months. I'm still strain searching to grow stuff that works for the med users I know. Your GG looks amazing! I would really like to grow some of that. It's obvious you put allot of time into it - The trays are clean, The plants are well trimmed, healthy and productive. Very Nice!!

That Jilly Bean was almost four feet wide before doing the big trim job. I have allot to learn yet. For now, I am still trying to get rid of the last spider mites. Being able to take the plants out for trimming and spraying has been a big plus. I have two automotive HVLP spray guns and a lazy susan for the spraying. Using Neem and SNS217 Spray with SNS 209 root drench. All pretty clean organic stuff.

The only keeper I have so far is the Strawberry Kush. We like that for good sleeping and pain relief. Northern lights works too, it's similar but stronger. The med friends I grow for are more hard core, so I'm trying these 20%+ strains to see if they have enough kick. It might even take something stronger for them.

Looks good Zeez have you pulled a harvest out of that tent yet? I'm dying to see what those lights can do... Weight wise..... How far have the bugs held you back? Hope you knock them back... Oh yea those are 315's right?

spider mite suck !!! have had them 3 times . 91% iso in a spray bottle & douche all your equpiment , tents pots trays scrubbers fans everything !!! I use Avid on my veg & new clones to kill them before they can reach flower , its systemic & will last in the plants for 45 days , so no good for flower ! but if the tent is bug free & the plants are bug free ..... them no worries come flowering time .


its alot of work keeping everything clean so bugs can't thrive in there , but its worth it in the long run !!! as far as strains ..... pop some seeds & do some pheno hunting . its about the best way to start .
