I totally agree with how you outline the parameters of a sensible debate and part of that is taking apart theories using rational logic. Eliminating variables etc. If my ideas don't stand up to that, then like you say, I've also found something out. That's a positive because it helps me understand.

I'm not offended by any challenge to my ideas, I never have been.

My last post seemed combative and i didnt mean to be rude. I felt the aspirin discussion was valid in this very thread. I dont think anyone has the right to say "hey this is an inappropriate topic" unless its a mod. Even mods can be mislead or mistaken. For the record, i do think papaduc has valid ideas and arguments. I just felt irritated by my questions being considered esoteric. I think i could have gone about my response better. Im admittedly a hothead sometimes before i think things through. My bad papa

Been very busy with life shenanagins and havent had time to catch up with everything. will be a few days before I can read everything

I have gotten a few pms and I just want to say I do not think BMs or "grower error" was the issue with my specific "dudding"

Heard alot of "grower error, stupid conversation, its bms".....well lets have a looksy here.


I just finished harvesting this plant in the room adjacent to the dud that shares air and co2 and gets the same exact feed.....not the best pic, its hard to take pics of huge plants.

Shes gonna be close to 5# maybe more....wont know for at least a week.

Thought I'd post an update on my sitch.

My replacement cut (from a great individual) is outperforming the old dud.

As soon as I got the new cut, I tossed the dud, as per instructions.

Here is the old cut. My first run with her was pretty bad, good flavor on the buds, but low potency and tiny yield of airy, (mostly) sparsely crystalled buds. Small leaves and brittle branches. Second run with dudded plant produced two plants with better flowers, and 2 with the same old dudded crap. All plants threw bananas hard a week into flower. All plants from this source are now gone.

Here is the new cut. Stems are strong and leaves are much, much larger. She actually has apicles this time instead of growing in a "nest" formation with thin side shoots taking control. Just flipped the lights on her 4 days ago. Hopefully she'll perform well.
