Update time. The Wife and I are working it out. I am moving the grow. I''m gonna be moving into a spot with about 6K in flower. Then about 10x the veg space I have now. Plus a dedicated spot to make seeds.

I bit the bullet and started talking to my old man. Some of you may know horror stories of him I've told. I'm looking past all that. Lots of things have changed since I last walked away from him. So def way better vibe and overall feeling this time around.

I'm gonna have a fucking ton of work to do. The spot I'm moving to is destroyed. Mites and powdery mildew everywhere. Trash all over and it's just dirty. I'll be taking pics and showing progress as I go.

Best part is......I'm gonna have total control of what's grown. The old man wants to keep a few seed finds I found a few years back. So gonna make a few clones of the 3-4 kinds he wants to keep. Clean them up and make new moms.

Then it's fucking game time. I'm finally gonna get to start going thru my seed stash. Start working on my OG project and Chem project again. I have so many seeds, from so many of you. That you will finally get to see grown.

Don't know if any of your remembering me talking about the LSD from Barney's Farm I found, or the SLH I found. The LSD was a 1 in 20 seed(so far anyway) find. Super hardcore afghan hash plant , with high potency. Even after I started getting cuts(Glue, Forum) it held it's own. The SLH was a perfect 50/50 pheno. Same exact look as the pic they use for the seeds and the pheno that won the two Cannabis Cups.

So he still has those two. A killer 24KT I found from a single seed, lol. Then 2 or 3 pheno's from Swerve's very first drop of fem GSC seeds. Say what you want about Swerve or even his fake cookie seeds. These plants are very nice and locals love the smoke.

Now if we're lucky and the idiots that were taking care of the grow(you'll agree their idiots when I post pics) , kept up with labeling. The CC GSC#1 was a Forum stunt double. Well almost. No purple. But the buds are super small, triched out, and have more gas smell than cookie.


I'm gonna be bringing all my keepers and elites there as well. Plenty of room for everything I wanna bring. Plus keep what he has. And also be able to start at least 72 seeds, maybe 90. Which will be happening almost right away after I get a veg area clean.


That's when I'll ask you guys for some help. I'll post pics and/or seed lists. Then you guys can tell me what you'd like to see grown. And I'll do my best to make it happen.

I have 10 of them getting decent size. so for the first time in a few years I will be able to clone them all before the flip. Flip them and keep the best females. Judging my Gaspackgardens on Instagram, I picked a hell of a hybrid for the first flip "back" . His pics of the hybrid looks insane. Pretty much Ghost on steroids.


So there it is. What's going on with me and what I made out of what normally would have been a total shit situation. I'm open to comments and suggestions/concerns. Just know I made a decision based on what was best for everyone. Those that know the horror stories of my old man. You might think I'm nuts, I prolly am. But several things have changed and I'm very optimistic.

Im happy for you amigo. Finally got some space to stretch out and get into those projects more deeply. My recommendation is get your set up and build out perfect, or really, really good. this avoids so many future problems to fix. Seal everything really well to avoid mold building behind walls etc... Think through your ac, dehuey, and air flow needs well. Think about space for all your infrastructure and equipment. And imo, make sure you have a solid plan to keep it all extremely clean. If your going to be working with multiple males, maybe think through setting up separate sealed rooms. Ill say this though, the more rooms, the more equipment and controllers you will need.


Of course the biggest concerns are always safety and security. So keep things out of sight, and hopefully your relationship with your pops is solid. Honestly friends and fam are usually the downfall of busts or break ins. Carbon filters are your friend, you can never have enough. When I was in illegal ville I had 2 or 3 can 100's per 10x10 room. Way over kill, but they last forever that way, well 4 to 5 years, and you have great odor control. You really only need one for that space though.



Pretty dam exiting my friend, its about the same space I have for my new breeding spot. I have a 6k room mainly for pheno testing offspring, and a couple small rooms for seed making,(3k potential room and a 1k room). then I have some veg space to keep things rolling or starting early.


Take your time to build it out right, and you will be off and growing consistent successful crops for a long time to come.

My old man is 5'10" and like 550lbs. He can't do anything himself. I'm gonna be doing it all. Even more so than I used to. Actually wait until you see some pics I'm gonna take tonight. Not trying to seem negative, hoping for the best possible outcome for you man. I've spent most of my life in the frying pan and opportunity is a razor fine edge to quickly becoming the oven.

Here we go......shots of the nightmare I'm gonna turn around.

First up is a shelf system I built a few years back. Holds 8 trays when full. I used it for vegging clones and keeping small moms. This is on the other side of a wall outside of the mother room.

Then here's inside the mother room. I opened the door and took a pic standing in the doorway. This is after I removed most dead plants and rearranged them some.

As you can see. I have quite a bit of work ahead of me. I also have pics of the flower room. Which are equally as fucked. I'll post them tomorrow when I have time. Couple more days of cleaning and I'll be able to start some seeds. And bring some of my mothers there. There is another veg area not pictured. That's what I cleaned today. On the other side of the basement. So it's easy to quarantine plants.

Sprayed that down with bleach water in a pump sprayer. Gonna spray it down again tomorrow. The sheer amount of dead leaves(mite infested at that) and garbage just laying around is mind blowing. The people taking care of it up until now, had no idea what they were doing. Their idea of trash removal is loading empty Happy Frog bags with garbage. Then throwing it around the corner in a pile.

See when I did things and how I'm gonna do things. Garbage is separated. Plant material and dirt in one can. Papers and plastic wrapping in another . The plant garbage will go into the woods where it belongs, not taking up space inside. Good times.

plenty of space. gonna take a few months but the end result will be super. id do a nuclear option on everything. which looks like somebody stared with the no pest strips. clean. spray. clean. spray. & sulfur burn. war means war. lol. you got plenty of peeps in the network for mite free cuts. so that route is always an option with your most reliable broskis... if only to reduce the need to nurse stuff back... especially if you do/dont know of any root type insects in those bags. all and all, i see potential. shit, if you need inspiration, look at my "little engine that could". hope you and wifey keep it smooth and drama free for ages to come. good looking.

Like MM said though, rebuild and do it correctly the first time. I wish I could go back in time when I first built my room. I wish I knew then what I know now. I’d do so many things different.
