I was feeling a bit bummed that I didn't have more tomatoes in this year's garden...thankfully enough to make salsa but not enough to make some tomato sauce...so I went down to my local Amish market and they didn't do well with their Amish paste tomatoes either...so I saw they had a small box of San Marzano tomatoes on the shelf...so I asked David if there is anymore of those...he said yes he could get me a bushel of them from one of his farmers in a couple days...I picked these up yesterday and used my Squeezo to process them up and got about 18 qts.of sauce to be cooked down...which is
