Dr. Gruber posts grow journals, with photos and comments EVERY WEEK of the grow with a smoke report and lab analysis at the end and has been doing that for years. Anyone who doubts it can readily Google Dr. Gruber and see for themselves. Now, you can argue with that all you want but I'll put that kind of REAL reporting up against your mouthing off and hate any time.
Sorry, you actually have to Google "Dr. Gruber G13", or "Dr. Gruber Bubba OG" "Dr. Gruber Sour Diesel" etc.

And why then does Gruber feel compelled to cross post his promotional posts on his Bubba OG grow from 3 years ago to every single pot forum, US and Europe?

I tried three of the Docs strains. The ECSD, Bubba OG and the G-13. Here are the pros and the cons of hie strains.
Pro: All the strains were vigorous and easy to grow. All were heavy yielders, 4.5z to 7z in a
five gallon pot. The G-13 put out 8 - 9 ozs. They all clone easily.
Cons: The ECSD S1 the phenos were all different. There was one female that was a true representation of the ECSD. Good flavor and potency went 13 weeks. The rest of the phenos were completely different with no potency. Could not give it away.
The Bubba Og had two phenos the Bubba type and the OG type. The Bubba phenos were better than the OG phenos. They all had average potency, nothing impressive.They were all non keepers because I developed a tolerance after a couple times of use.
The G-13 was a hugh yielder! Very impressive, got 8 - 9 zs each from the 2 plants.
The buds smelled spicy with fruity aroma, nice frost and sour taste but had zero potency.
One thing that the three strains have in common were it had the same sour taste.
I suspect he is using the same plant to produce the seeds. I think he is using this one plant because it adds heavy yield and strong vigor.
All 3 strains cost $550, and no keepers. Will I buy any more seeds from him?
Nope. Because there are better seeds at lower price else where.
The only reason I purchased the seeds was to satisfy my curiosity and to hopefully find something good.

Thanks for sharing ... and I'm glad I figured it out after only one purchase - I experienced the same notable vigor to the plants ... all germed, vegged beautifully and cuts rooted easily. The end results were entirely non-impressive.
His "my seeds are so good I charge huge money" marketing scam is extraordinary really, but ultimately he should sell seeds at normal, fair pricing and perhaps he wouldn't get so many people ticked off at him.

I don't think people here need your immature hyper-posting about one bad experience with Bubba OG where you yourself said you burned your plants. Maybe if you used a decent sized pot, proper Ph and didn't burn the shit out of your plants you'd have had a better result. Rookie mistakes. Get over it already. All the reports I've read say the Bubba OG is amazing and I thought it was too. Again, I'd urge people reading this to Google "Dr.Gruber Bubba OG" for a week by week grow journal, with photos a smoke report and a lab analysis and you can make up your own mind.

Grow in all hydro, rockwool with GH nutrients and run 3 to 4 rooms under sun systems MH and HPS bulbs, kept fresh, and have completed literally hundreds of grows and strains.

Some of you may know me as a "known" Dr. G hater, and I had a small war with him for over 2 years on many of the sites we all visit. I also posted early in this read. I also go by the name "sshz" on other sites. I have grown his Endless Sky, Bubba OG, G13 and a few others- if you search google you'll easily find some of my grows. Dr. Gruber is not Dr G- but he does get free seeds from him and posts his many 1-2 plant grows on many sites. I've had some interactions with him and he is a nice, decent guy. He has some serious health issues and can get sharp with people, but if you're decent towards him, he'll be decent with you. I can't say that of Dr. Greenthumb.
Lastly, ECSD is the only thing I would recommend (or buy) from GreenThumb. It's the only thing really special in his line of seeds.

Fair enough ... my only question then is why does Dr. Gruber post the same grow across dozens of sites across pot forums everywhere in the U.S. and Europe?
I suppose the answer is self evident in the "free seeds" issue ....

Yes, Dr. Gruber is out of Michigan and is well known in the "medical marijuana" scene there...his agreement with Dr. Greenthumb is he'll post his grows (good or bad) and give an honest opinion on numerous sites.
Why does he do it.....I think it's more about a sense of loyalty to Dr. GT then anything. Again, he's got serious medical issues- and I'm guessing he has nothing else to do, nor can he do much else.
Really the only thing that bothers me about it all is he'll often wait the entire grow (and see how it turns out) before posting. Then he'll rapid fire the grow posts- like a whole grow posted in a few weeks.

AS Dr. Gruber released his independent potency test in his grow, it showed GreenThumbs Bubba had only around a 16% THC mark, quite low by many standards. He recommended it to me and I grew it out once- 22 plants. It was plain old lousy, I still have around 5 oz. left over. Doesn't even get me high anymore. Dr. Gruber and Dr. GreenThumb are not the same people. Gruber lives in Michigan and is well documented up there, along with some serious health issues and conditions. GreenThumb is in Canada, unable to sell his seed business and moving forward with some new releases. Greenthumb gives seeds to Gruber to document his grow, which is pretty normal these days. Gruber does have some growing skill and has been a GreenThumb lover for years, but they are not the same person.
Well I know I have been searching for the clone of ecsd the one that they call chaco cut, at any rate a while back this guy I met duped me out of a bunch of money I mean a ridiculous amount that I won't even recall, for the so called cut, me being naive at the time and really wanting that special something fell into the trap.
Well recently I been doing some research on a good ecsd line and could find nothing in stock but dr greenthumb. I remember I had bought the rare dankness sour d og, but had to tear down due to a security scare. Now that line is discontinued. But that strain was a polyhybrid.
After hearing mixed reviews and seeing a couple grows, I thought what the hell. Received them yesterday. I really hope to find something special. Can't wait to put these in the ground
