bin using floranova for a long time i have a pump in my rez to help mix the nutes and i just add them then add more water to the rez and i never have a problem with it mixing in but i also have a recirculating system

Flora Nova is how I learned to let the plants tell me what they need.

With coco, I would charge the medium when expanding with 1/8 tsp. of calmag per gallon of water. I would water with RO and 1 tsp. of FN or more whether it was lush green or cut back if leaning towards jungle green.

The humics in it prevent any deficiencies from bottom to top of the grow.

FN is great stuff!

Yea in case anyone hadn't heard, you can use floranova bloom as your ONLY nute for veg and grow.

I got it because now I don't have to measure out jack shite, I just dump in 10ml or 20ml at a time to reach target EC and things are going better than ever.

I started out using FN Bloom only but ended up with Cal deficiencies. The Grow really is worth the extra expense IMHO. Use it up until around day 21 then switch to Bloom.

Yea I still add some 3 part micro and grow in small amounts in veg. I haven't seen any deficiencies that weren't my fault with grow so far though but I think my tap has a lot of calcium in it.

Have you tried the grow yet? Stuff is amazing for veg!
I'm in a super dry environment and the leaves are just super green and soft and fluffy.

Only time I've needed CalMag was when I was using R/O water. If I'm using tap, it's nothing but FNB.

I use the FNG as a light "just past seedling feed" on its own and switch to FNB, Cal Mag+ Sensizym and Floralicious + for Most of the plants life ... I step up the PPMs gradually with the FloraNova and the rest stay at a constant ... I've been working in some Kool Bloom on a few towards the end of flower but can't say that I see a difference yet. I've used a few things Hydro (nutes/systems) and have a lot of soil experience ... Never , before trying FN in pots filled with ProMix BX, have I experienced better growth rates or as Explosive flower production ... I agree with the FNB exclusive thing for cuttings taken from well fed moms but I haven't tried it with plants from seed.

With plants from seed, I'll usually ramp them up. When the coyts yellow, and they're ready for their first feeding, I'll hit them with 2ml/gal for a week or so, then up to 5ml/gal, for a week, then up to the full 8 for the rest of their lifetime.

I crank it a bit higher than 8 ... I'm at 2-2 1/2 tsp (10-12 ml) of FNB per Gallon with about a week left before final flush ... That's Before the Kool Bloom is added to the mix for the few that get it ... But I don't suggest Feeding them like I do unless you have a good Flush and Feed program established or a plan to deal with salt build up and Know that the plant can tolerate being fed kind of heavy.

Yeah, I've had a coupla heavy feeders that were able to handle more without a burn, but the 8ml/G works for all

Having used all sort of nutes in the past like FF, neptune, earth juice, bio bizz, dyna grow, GH 3 part and Lucas, etc... I also think that the floranova series is awesome. I’m still a firm believer in FF nutes, but what are interesting are the different NPK values up of the 2.
FF GB is 6-4-4, Flora nova grow is 7-4-10. I think the ingredients that go into FN and the little kick in N and K really make all the difference in the world. Both FF and FN are great nutes, but like this thread states FN rocks! When I use up all my FF products, its FN from now on. It's like FN has based their NPK values for weed. Yes I know that supposedly FN is based on the Lucas formula even though they 2 are completely different consistencies when it comes out of the bottle.
