Mother nature is ruthless, even the best of growers will get hit! What a tragic sight that must have been walking into that clearing! Youll get em next year chunky
doesnt mind hps in flower.
Your correct, she does very well flowering under a more blue spectrum, but last crop came out my very best with her and she was abused in a 10gl pot of promix under a 2 year old horti with a magnetic ballast and El cheapo hood.
Which means! Shes just a fuckin badass winning plant who will chug under whateva, although I'd love to see her under ickys LEDs next time.
Issacks Coco thread is unreal, that guy is one hell of a grower in a real sweet spot in this world. Hope the eruptions stay away from him!
He handled it pretty well but one of his friends had to Uber home, said he was giggling by himself and couldn't walk straight lmao
Chunky
Even when you are down,
You're not out.
Great job in the face of some testing conditions.
Scoutbreaths have lot of phenos,am have "midget" phenos and i have also very strong
developed girls, that are biggest in a group of 3 different strains..
those one huge lady looks very promising, hope i got some great pheno,
like those guys with huge Scoutbreath that you showed previous in thread..
Damn that east coast chem scout looks dope, some rosin of that stuff sounds amazing, hope to try your new seeds
Look at that 2.0! Shit can survive anything and still put out fire and some nice sized nugs! We could probably colonize mars with a bunch of 2.0 clones
many thanks to all the peeps who helped me with genetics this year!!!!
well 2018 OD is pretty much over, 6 immature seed plants left out along with 1 GMO lowers.
shit weather and frost headed this way everythings trimmed and hanging or sweating and I'm smoking all kinds of killer new dank.
it was my 1st time flowering the Blissful wizzard, Chem '91, Chem-sis, chem 4, and Chem D, MotorBreath, MendoBreath, Norcal Dosis, and Sunset Sherb.
they are all keepers for me except that I don't like the effects of the chem-sis.
I have my old faves the ECSD, Sour dubb, Corey , OGKB 2.0, Forum and Headband ready to roll and a whole shitload of my seed stock that will be dry soon!
floods beat me down but didn't knock me out and I'm very well medicated and relaxed after getting my crop in safe.
I wheelbarrowed out 3-400 gallons of soil and got it back with a trailer in totes to use for next years starts and my winter indoors.
I'm super stoked with the way my soil mix did outside as a water only.
as long as the plants were not root bound they did fine with nothing but some molasses in the last few weeks mixed with creek water.
most were so soaked from the floods that I didn't water much all summer.
the biggest plants got topdressed a few weeks into flower when they yellowed.
maybe the sourest plant I ever grew, East Coast Chem Scout. can't wait to smoke this gem.

OGKB 2.0 lowers got taken yesterday, pulled the tops 2 weeks ago when they showed mold and I'm smoking them now, yay!

so the last of the plants that I brought indoors got chopped and that whole experiment worked out pretty good, no bug infestations or anything.

2 years ago I grew a huge ECSD and I found 2 seeds in her that I think were true S1's, one made it through the summer.
she wasn't very sour but can't wait to smoke some.

the place I moved to from Mass is very sweet and I didn't land here this year until late June which was late for the seed starts but next year watch out.
passive and active dep in 2019, got my sites planned out.
I have space to safely grow 1000 plants in seclusion if I wanted to next year and plenty of water, maybe sun too if I'm lucky.
won't be putting as many near the stream though...
