Yes, I understood that. I just don't see the connection so far as to why he would know that. Of course I also understand the political symbolism behind the act, but the way it was done is very stupid, for someone who was supposedly in the military more than bumbling... Fortunately for the people on the ground!

It may well be that China is also practicing reverse engineering, but to use this advanced technology so blatantly abroad, with the risk of the enemy getting their hands on it, is not a convincing thesis for me.
