military and government contractors are at the forefront of ai there tech way more advanced than the civilian sector uses. kinda like that saying the the technology they have is 20+ years ahead of civilian stuff also the latest update of midversion ai cleaned up the finger and limb issue. the text to video stuff over the last few years has gotten really good wont be long to much longer ai generated movies will be the norm

i wouldnt think they would think us as meh something or somthings has an interest in us all those different kinda ships shapes and sizes to the descriptions of the occupants its well into the hundreds short, tall, humanoid, lizard to down right hideous and some even robotic in nature. a few guesses of their intentions are the zoo hypothesis they see us but we dont see them letting our natural evolution play out which they say may be the reason for the fermi paradox. then theres the alien simulation hypothesis doesnt sound to far off something created all this and is checking in running tests. its fun to speculate and wonder. on another note it will be cool once our tech is good enough we will be sending drone ships with robotics loaded up with AI to every area we can find in the goldilocks zone looking for planets that support life drop down capture its life forms bring them up to the ship and take all kinds of tests on it then dropping them off. kinda sound familiar doesn't it

so many different categories of visitors
if you go to the ones that have 'high' evidence I'm not sure any match up identically
every encounter situation is unique?
the only thing I can recall that's vaguely similar is astronomical observations with gravitational lensing
astronomers use gravitational lensing to get deep magnification, but have no control where it occurs
UFO'S similar? an alien pop in with little control where they pop in?
