Yes, I understood that. I just don't see the connection so far as to why he would know that. Any fool can write a “manifesto”, rent a truck and load explosives and incendiary devices on it to detonate them at their destination.
Of course I also understand the political symbolism behind the act, but the way it was done is very stupid, for someone who was supposedly in the military more than bumbling... Fortunately for the people on the ground!

It may well be that China is also practicing reverse engineering, but to use this advanced technology so blatantly abroad, with the risk of the enemy getting their hands on it, is not a convincing thesis for me.

just seems to be some more fuel for the 'crazy fire' out there that too many believe
that said it's not that far out there to wonder if he had some internal source
or the entire thing was just to make a point on his way out- IE- "see what i COULD have done? this is your wake-up call ffs..."

Yes, a lot of speculation, we don't know anything for sure. However, the whole event and the idiotic realization does not support credibility in any way and does not help the issue.

It seems to be the same phenomenon as in NJ.
There have also been reports from Germany few month ago. But officials and standard media in Germany prefer to ridicule, ignore or deny the issue in general. There was only the short standard message about illegal drones. Most people refuse to address the issue publicly because they are afraid of making a fool of themselves or losing their position.
I am very curious to see how the situation will change when they can no longer sweep it under the carpet.
