Customs got the seeds

Is this tude only ? Never tried them but selection is always welcome ,, although pricey shipping.
I just got sbay order shipped fine as always but makes ya wonder.

I think we see it more for the 'tude simply because they're easily the biggest, not because Customs has them dialed in any better than the rest.

The only reason it works at all is because it's like finding a needle in a fast moving haystack & because it's not a big priority compared to all of the truly dangerous stuff people try to send through Customs.

The way they deal with it indicates that it's part of the job, a nuisance part they don't pursue past confiscation & the notorious form.

I had the guaranteed shipping through "tude" and my package was seized and they remailed another one which got taken as well. Their stealth is getting out dated cause LA customs is all over that shit.

No its not mainly a west coast thing. This happens to people in all parts of the country. There are many threads about it at many different sites including Icmag. Chicago and LA customs are reported to be the worst but I would bet that the policy and strategy employed there is 'company wide', so to speak.

What is more difficult to ascertain is what the consequences of a green tape spanking are, but I for one have had it happen with no consequences beyond the loss of some amazing genetics.

I've heard about it for years about seizures but now its almost overkill with all the seeds flyin thru the air.
Increased awareness and info is abundant so we all have the same Intel. I always heard its just a slap on the wrist by taken your beans but never go n retrieve them,,, just let it go n most seed vendors methods are known.
Its really a shame that something so harmless and beautiful is outlawed

Yeah, craigslist get FLAG/Prohibited posts a lot. Not sure what the Colorado laws are for selling seeds on craigslist. Anyone?

Too, I quit using Attitude...had an order seized by customs. Emailed 'tude....they said because I do not use "GUARANTEED" shipping (buying a tshirt, mug), they would not reship. And that's the thanks I got from ordering 50 times over the last 6 years.

Boycott 'em (Attitude) !!!

Prefer Boo/Bay even though my Xmas Specials order went MIA. First time in 4 dozen orders.

Yeah, I got the colorful GREEN TAPE bubble envelope, too. Attitude's last order (and it WAS my last order....screw em!). There's far more pressing issues than track down home grown gardeners.

For tude orders that are getting snagged which option did you choose? tshirt? mug? etc...

I notice they have a new guaranteed option that does not include an item, Im assuming its just an envelope. Has anyone tried that?

Last time I checked they got rid of the tshirt option.

I chose the 'super stealth' option at herbies. What a joke. Both packages seized, while a replacement pack gets through from one of the vendors, more stealthily. With attitude I chose a crush proof tin and t-shirt. Seized.

I would like to try green parrot, in spain. Interesting but out of stock on most of the strains I want.

I went over to RIU and looked at the Tude thread, it looks like there is an uncomfortably large amount of tude orders that are getting snagged.

They have something I wanted to buy but after reading all of the bad reviews I guess I'll think again.

It really sucks, MJ laws have never been so lax yet getting the seeds is becoming more and more difficult. It was so much easier when the laws were harsher.

NOW they say (when I mentioned my last order was in Customs...LA), they did this song and dance about me not using GUARANTEED shipping., so tough luck. That changed my tune immediately.

I think that the only people who can legally sell sees in Colorado are dispensaries who grow their own. That's why RD seeds are available at River Rock. Seeds aren't psychoactive, so there's no reason other than red tape that everybody & their dog can't sell 'em. It's perfectly legal to give away seeds, however.

Yes! I had ordered from them w/t-shirt several times over a few years, never had any problems. Last October I saw something I wanted from them but had heard about the seizures so I went for the guarantee w/o any gift thinking that might be something different from the t-shirt which is what I assumed is what most do. Bubble pack envelope with green tape arrived...SHIT! They re-shipped the same way, and, that too was wrapped in green tape when it arrived. Bummer.

That's what I figured....seed selling connected with dispensary. Wonder how many get popped on craigslist....pretty brazen!! I did inquire once....from listing. Returned w/ porn stuff.....shifty response. That's why they mention "Donation"....(then add $5-$10 in their spiel).
