So this is all just my opinion, take it with a handful of salt...

In the US we have a certain expectation of service when it comes to businesses. This is not always justified, imho.
We want quick response to inquiries, fast shipping, etc. The industry standard is shipping next business day or maybe second business day.
That said, other cultures or people with alternative value systems might look at things differently.
I won't say one is better or worse.
There are a couple small businesses in my area that do their own thing. Randomly close for a day or two, sell out of certain items... but they are just doing things their way, in a way that serves their interests.
I know Caleb from Csi mentioned vacations on the Potcast. Maybe after harvest they are taking some time off...

Keep your emails with them cordial, be respectful, and wait. If you don't hear anything from them in a few weeks, I'll send you some of the Mango Biche seeds I have. I'm pretty sure I could spare some if your order never gets sorted out. Mine we made from TLT stock by a member from a different forum.

When you sent the money tracked, I think your supposed to email them after you send it with the tracking info.

I've never had any issues ordering from Csi.
I'm sure once you get ahold of someone they will get you sorted out.

Oh im always respectful in emails, even the times i have gotten screwed. Im happy to hear all the positive feedback though. How did the mangobiche from TLT work for you? I hear such mixed reviews about those guys that ive never actually ordered from them.
They charge a pretty penny though. I got quoted at $270 for the Corinto. Insanity

No worries buddy you've done nothing wrong. Yeah i contacted them through the site. They never got back to me and i checked the mail today
Maybe im jumping to conclusions. I just know i would operate a seed business my own way and follow up with customers would be my first priority. I'll just wait it out i guess. What else can you do

I sent my money on the 21st and got my package last night. thats like 2 1/2 weeks.
He should have sent you a confirmation email of your order and another with a tracking number for your package by now though.
all you can do is send him proof that he received your money and wait it out.

I have almost ordered the mangobiche and Burmese a few times. But I already have a seeds problem and need to grow more than I buy for a few years. Looking forward to a grow and smoke report already.

usually they respond to the email once they are able to send things out ime, he is starting up a dispensary as well if I recall so it might be a bit slower than usual

I got the notice that the order was being processed so i know my payment arrived. Who knows
When i ordered from Underground Seeds they said they would send a notice of shipping and a tracking number and they didn't do any of that. I just got my seeds in 6 weeks in the mail

Did their mangobiche turn out good for you?

I said I almost ordered it. So far I have only ran their turbo diesel and it came out good but nothing I wanted to run long term. I have several packs in the stash. Probably grow a few of the dogshit x panama soon and bubba x pck. I ran a few of the pine tar Kush also. Nice plants. No keepers. I used a male (stinkier than the 4 girls) on a few things I cannot remember off the top of my head.

Found some "old family purple" in my seed stash (5-10 years old). Has anybody grown them out indoors. Any opinions/suggestions appreciated.
