Black Lime Reserve. X Uncle Fester's Skunk #18 IBL.
I have had 3 phenotypes of the BLR, this mother is the best of the 3 IMO. The growthy, dank one, with big chunky flowers.

The following were bred to my Culiacan Bamboo male

WiFi Alien OG
Sensi Star
Super Skunk
Afghani
Deadhead OG. (Don't really like this phenotype as well as past DH. It can herm, and gets PM too easily.)

But why???
If you don't like it dont breed w it!
I hope your not passing those seed out either.
Why spread hermi genetics?

That's a killer stalk on that male too, btw.

Way out of line with my standard breeding principles, but my honesty about it is totally in line with my principles.

Why? Good question! Because I like a lot about the Deadhead in general. This is the pheno I was running in pretty big numbers before I figured out it was less desireable than others I had run. So, it was the trashcan for all, or make a single, experimental mother out of one. I also want to get a sense if the father can significantly improve the progeny with a known mediocre speciman. (I'm also running outdoor, middle of winter testing on the trashcan bound stuff for shits and giggles.)

I have bred everything from rats, to horses, to dogs, to plants for 30+ years. One thing you will find is that often a breeding specimen will not produce itself, but rather it will produce the average of the line. This is called "filial degeneration". In fact, I have seen the old nothing female produce consistently better offspring than the Champion sister. Actual breeding of two individuals, regardless of what they are IS the ultimate test, vs. our unending speculations.

Finally, these are for me to test the depths of their genetic potential and limitations, not distribute.

Also wanted to add that a daughter off the WiFi Alien OG with this male has perhaps even more exaggerated branching, very Sativa leaning lesves too. So, he really seems to have stamped her. She is vegging to flower now. One curiosity is that she has almost no smell yet on a stem rub, or the leaves. Perhaps the thickness of branching has something to do with it, I don't know. Flowering in the GH next months, so we will see.

Yeah I see they aren't very popular, there varieties aren't really worth growing out unless you want to do a bit of breeding with some more potent varieties, I had 5 swazigold females flower for 135 days and they could've used a few extra weeks lol not meant for indoor growing. Got the beans as freebies, left a male in the room with my ladies thinking it wouldn't have a chance to pollinate my girls before a jillybean or agent orange male boy was I wrong... Sprayed it's golden load first so I'm testing it out just to see and learn from different genetics, so far nothing incredible, reminds me of the weed I smoked in early-mid 90's, brings the potency down but gives the offspring much more vigorous growth..Malberry I think they have a bad rep for misrepresenting there products and picture plagiarism lol.

I just took down a Bodhi Headtrip x Medijuana cross I made. The male Headtrip I used was very dominant is terpene profile and bud structure. It smells identical to the female Headtrip I grew out and has almost the same spear like bud formation. The Medijuana seems to have helped with vigor and I hope the strong indica effects come out in the final product.

Got some seeds from turtle island Thailand I should crack. Try to tame them with a mega indica. The guy who gifted them said they flower forever.

I recently made some grinspoon x ssh, testing them now.

I bet the buds are all loose foxtails bunched together to make the bud structure. Would love to see some pics when they're at week 10 flower. Sounds like a very exotic cross, that may have mutant looking buds.

Headband x C99

Headband x C99

this is what i'm looking at & i'm very pleased & confident...I just pulled this one from deep inside a bud off a plant that is other-wise showing no outward signs of visibly maturing seed pods...i hit them when they were young over the course of 2 weeks ,so conversely there is a 2 week span of maturing seed development in each individual plant...this looks ripe to me?

Do it!!!!:woohoo: :yay:

I did it, lol. Strawberry Dogshit pollen went on both Chem D s1's. Pretty sure some stray pollen hit the Stardawg 91' I have flowering. Will find out for sure in about a month if the Stardawg was hit. The pollen took on both Chem D s1's for sure. Next day pistils changed colors on both.

On another note. I've been spraying a small ECSD plant with CS. Pretty sure it's working, as I can see a couple little balls forming. Next try wil be with STS. Hopefully I get some viable pollen from her.

Just about to put a very nice purple striated stem Jack Herer male over A southern Star Seeds Nanan Bouclou female, expecting a rainbow of terps and a very stretchy outcome. Jack is on the left and haitian png on the right:tiphat:
