Criminal indictments coming for Trump.

Current evidence points to him being involved in a conspiracy to undermine vote certifications and elector assignments in some of the states that Biden won, as well as being involved in meetings, either directly or via a proxy, to undermine the election, stop the certification of the vote (that whole January 6 debacle), and there's evidence now that he asked state election officials to rig their counts.

In addition, there seems to be a significant likelihood of fraud, re. inflated values he gave to properties, without any official basis for those values, which then allowed him to borrow greater amounts of money, which had he not fibbed about values, he likely wouldn't have gotten. i.e., FRAUD.

I strongly suspect that if you watched more reality-based news, and less delusion-cultivating fringe nonsense put out by tilted partisan entities, you'd be more than a bit aware of this by now. Your hero has been a grifter, cheat and a liar for decades, Hempy.

I knew about those allegations when they were originally made and dismissed them easily as fakenews witch hunt crap. Didn't you learn your lesson from the first impeachment? He is simply calling for law and order and the rule of law. The criminals are being protected. I'm not so sure they really think he's all that, keep in mind Trump is no Spring Chicken and he's not really know for taking great care with his health. I'm thinking most people that still seem like they support him are just trying to stay on his good side and subsequently on the good side of his base with the hopes that he'll die off before too much longer or at least age out of the system and then they can take over. Now if Trump wasn't president they probably would have been out of work considering that more liberal justices would have been appointed under Hillary. I've got a mix of friends. Some voted for Trump in 2016 and in 2020. Some of them only voted for him in 2016 when it was between him and Hillary. Some voted Hillary in 2016 and Biden 2020. Some sat out in 2016 and voted against Trump in 2020.

The only people I know now who are even considering Trump in 2024 are people here. Most people I know voted for Biden because of how much they hated Trump, not any love for Biden. In 2024, I doubt most of my friends will vote at all if it's between Trump and any other establishment Dem because Biden has done very little of what he promised on the campaign trail.

They already are. A former campaign adviser is talking out loud, and others, too.

He's potentially facing serious charges in Georgia re. trying to convince their elections folks to "find X number of votes." And they're calling a grand jury on the Georgia election issues.

I may have to eat some crow. I didn't expect the Beltway or any place else to prosecute a sock puppet for the Oligarchy, but it looks as though I may have been excessively cynical.

Trump received a clearly partisan pardon of sorts in the impeachment. A criminal court won't afford him a bought-and-paid-for partisan body to review his crimes.

No, I know pretty much all you loyal Trump supporters are lost causes and you would never change your mind about Trump even if he told you he's had some grand plan to screw you all over and then proceeded to laugh in your faces. I'm also not talking about those you call RINOs. I'm talking about the Ted Cruzes, Lindsey Grahams, Ron Desantises, Marjorie Taylor Greens, etc. They're all just using Trump for his approval so they'll get the support of his base, once he is no longer needed though I'm confident they'll toss him aside. No you voters I'm not very concerned about as long as the right to vote stays protected. Nobody is trying to take your right to vote. Now we have the gerymandering edge on our side due to the last election, but you can't gerrymander a presidential election.

You know who has been trying to take my rights? Democrats for as long as I remember. Always voting to destroy my right to own firearms. More recently my right to freedom of speech. And as long as that continues, why should I care about your rights if you don't care about mine?
