I don't disagree with what you say (there's a first), although tetanus is not just confined to horse manure. There are still cases here, although very rare. It is not much of an issue due to vaccine. I would only get a booster if I got badly cut, or when I got bitten by a dog last year. To me it's a simple precaution. That has more to do how we lived back then and don't forget we had horses as transportation back then and horse manure contains the tetanus bacteria.Children, elderly are most vulnerable, but when you have a wound after cutting, just clean it as fast as possible. Some essential oils are good replacements for antibiotics for topical use like Manuka oil, pine oil or clove oil, only the last one you've to dilute it.
Antibiotics did a great job, but the overuse is necking us with as result bacteria resistance against antibiotics.Nowadays we have more problems to treat infections like bacterial pneumonia than before.
True, but in 3 berries case, I think he said he is long retired. He spends his days cutting himself and rubbing dirt into his wounds, apparently. The rest of the time trolling the speakers corner.
Not with things like tetanus, or indeed serious infection. What do you think happened in the days before antibiotics and vaccines? Many people died of infection and some died of tetanus. Not everyone of course.
Much of what you post is frankly idiotic in the extreme.
They don't call it the clot shot for nothing!
A 36-year-old man was admitted to the intensive care unit with an acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure. After a ventricular assist device was placed and anticoagulation therapy initiated, hemoptysis developed, and he expectorated a cast of the right bronchial tree.

I guess there's a chance he's not a troll, just an idiot.
I've got a B.S. in Systems Engineering. Over 4 years I took and passed 8 semesters of Engineering school calculus - Calculus, Differential Equations, and Dynamic Systems, a class I was forced to take Senior year that was half-full of students getting Masters degrees in Applied Mathmatics (which was absolute hell). I didn't go to Harvard but I was accepted to Cornell and RPI....ended up going somewhere cheaper. So I concluded after several years at Harvard…
