YESTERDAY, I FELL OFF OF THE FREAKING 10' LADDER! FUCK!

Damn near broke my ass. I was at the top of that *ucking ladder, and all of a sudden, the "third leg" sunk into a soft spot! Just dropped about 6", bucked me off like a horse!

I broke 3 big branches off one WW.

I hit the ground HARD. I got bruises in places I didn't know I had! My left ass cheek is a solid purple bruise, both elbows, my right knee, and assorted other places.

And, I did it right in front of my wife! FUCK, FUCK!
The worse thing possible. Take a good look people, these are probably my last "TREES".

Other than that, everything is doing fine

Yes, I had wind problems this year. When the wind hit 40mph, it blew the top loose along the back. But that was 40mph! The sunscreen mesh walls, let the air blow thru. I've straped a concrete block to all 8 legs, this thing ain't going anywhere.

However I do intend to cover it with Solexx next year, secured with screws & washers.

i hope i didnt miss out. it seems like $189 is a pretty good deal for that frame.

Well, the diagnosis is probable torn Meniscus in the right knee. I am currently waiting for a call from the Orthopedic Surgeon. Try explaining this one to your HMO!

P.S. The good news is that I actually heard my wife tell the nurse, "I saw it happen, it wasn't his fault". Did I hear that right? This gives me just the slightest hope, for trees next year! That's right she let me hear her say "it wasn't his fault"
As soon as I heal-up, I'm getting right back on that ladder!

consider yourself lucky with that fall. It may not seem that way but a work assosicate fell at home and broke his back. I'm sure karma pushed him off that ladder. He is a poop-head with a touch of bipolarbearness. He is back to "Normal" for him but was out 6-8 weeks. No matter how much it hurts, it could have been worse.
