Great vid update! Molly made a cameo and the plants look awesome! :tiphat:

Gonna add some more cinderblocks? Raise the roof a bit more? I say go 20' and no higher! LOL. Just awesome stuff, jj.

Everything looks very healthy, but that widow...wow. Might have to throw a net over the top of that thing and tie her down.

I'm curious as to when these plants genetics would max out and they slow down. I doubt you've noticed any slowing yet? I'm saying this hypothetically as if they were in constant vegging. my apologies if this has been asked.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes they are starting to flower, but they haven't slowed down growing. They are hitting the roof again at 14'. My wife won't let me raise it any higher.

As for genetics, I can tell you that the WW's are BEASTS. Every time I've grown this WW strain, indoors or out, it was a BEAST. So I knew it would get big, but this surprised me. If I hadn't topped the WW's twice, they would be around 16-18ft right now! I don't know what the genetic potential is for sure, but this has to be close I would think

The WW clone was a gift, & came from a dispensary here in NorCal. I got it about 3 years ago, I've been growing it, either here or at another friends greenhouse, ever since

It's probably 80/20 or 70/30, Sativa. The most robust strain I've ever grown. I must admit that I started this years grow, wanting to see how large these strains could get. This is my lesson in "be careful what you wish for"! I honestly believe that I could grow it too 20ft, if I had room

Nice grow, doing it big at the capital, I like it. I would like to ask you a question about how you got the plastic roof on their so well with no slack. Looks like you zip tied it some how and was wondering if you could tell me how you put the roof on the carport. thank you very much.

how do you think one of these would stand up if all 4 sides were exposed to wind? (it looks like yours is tucked along a fence)

i like the idea of a low cost, but heavy duty frame, just wondering if the sides would blow all over the place id 10-15 mph winds.

i think you could weigh the sides down to help/stop that, but im not sure.

any insight?
thanks

FREAKIN RIDICULOUS DUDE!!!...
I have a ?, if you dont mind. im not in a med state, so i dont know all the regulations.
They let you grow trees like that legally?

Yes, I had wind problems this year. When the wind hit 40mph, it blew the top loose along the back. But that was 40mph! The sunscreen mesh walls, let the air blow thru. I've straped a concrete block to all 8 legs, this thing ain't going anywhere.

However I do intend to cover it with Solexx next year, secured with screws & washers.

BANGBANG, I guess that depends on your definition of "Legally"

It's always been against Federal law, so NO they don't.

Now California has legalized "Medical" use, and there are few guidelines to define limits. In some counties I'd be more than legal, others allow none!

I don't know of any size restrictions on "legal" Medical plants.
