Priapism sounds like fun but if it happens, a hospital visit is in order. They have to puncture your dick to drain the blood. If they don't you can suffer permanent damage where even a pill won't bring it back.

anyway, America now has 1000's of "didn't die but aged 30, 40, 50 years" category patients. young people who used to run 10K's & half marathons, now have to rest after walking to the kitchen.
